The pickup went without a hitch but i had some issues delivering the equipment back on time since the return date ended up being on a snowstorm and since I was still not able to drive, i was depending on some help to drop it off. So, i called and reached out to them and they had zero issues giving me some flexibility and allowing me to drop it off a few days later (from Saturday to Monday). I ended up dropping it off Monday but the staff was out for lunch and my ride couldn't wait so I called them and they directed me to leave it for them since they would be returning later that hour. There was no extra charges for any inconvenience and they were just so supportive and caring.
