"No, I trust your decision and I'd like to take in the sights from this bench." SCORE. It looked like a really nice clothing shop and after 15 or so minutes I heard exactly that. She found a white pair of Deck Sneakers (Spring Fashion) on sale! Price was like I said of NO concern. We had our walking shoes and it only took one stop!!! Mahi Gold I am forever indebted. I tried to contact them by phone, chat and email but I got no response, and this was long before the store closed for the day. Today I finally got a reply and was granted a refund, but the agent "Lexi" was extremely rude about it, saying "only so this matter can come to an end." Two hours later she made another rude response to a complaint I had made about the bad customer service at this store. Apparently she is the store's customer service department. She only came across as a bully, and if you have bought something there and are considering returning it for any reason you're better off just keeping it. Thanks to their horrible customer service, I won't be shopping at this store ever again.
