The interior is very classy and sleek, with an old-timey French cafe vibe. The array of pastries looked fresh and tasty, though I did not partake this visit. I opted for the Caffe Shakerato, and while it was expertly prepared by the barista/owner, it just wasn't my bag -- it was very strong and the coffee was too bitter for me even though it had some almond milk added. Next time, I will opt for something different.

Both were okay -- fresh, toasted, and crispy (maybe a little too toasted). The croissant was huge, which was a nice surprise, but it wasn't buttered, which I definitely prefer. I also wish they had more bagel options available when I went, and I'm personally not a fan of applying my own cream cheese -- part of the bagel experience for me is having it done for you. It also seems like the only add-on option now is cream cheese, which is a little disappointing if you're hoping for a full sandwich or variety. On the plus side, there's parking right outside, which is always appreciated. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, just not great either. I might give it another try someday, but it's not at the top of my list.

I think the burger I consumed was at the top of the "best burgers ever" as long as I can remember. I don't know what the secret is... but it works! My wife said the same thing about the chicken dish. It was very near to closing time, but the man and woman getting it done were very friendly and appreciative to greet us. I feel the same about them. The prices are reasonable, the food is exceptional, the people are warm and welcoming, the interior is clean and spotless. I'm look forward to our next visit.

Arguably, one of the better iced matcha latte's I've had as well! Service was fairly quick for a busy Sunday morning. Fantastic spot to grab a bite while waiting for your train. Found Common Grounds on Yelp and knew it was my kind of place! The shop is modern, clean, and bright. The staff was friendly and professional. They roast their own beans. My father in law and I went with Americanos and my wife had their cold brew. The Americano was robust yet smooth and my wife enjoyed the cold brew. Definitely glad we got to try Common Grounds!
