Working with Wayne at Morph Fitness is the single best decision I've made for my health. His holistic, customized approach fits a busy life -- as a working mom and surgeon I didn't think I had time to eat well or exercise, but Wayne helped me prioritize my health. I now have far more energy and feel stronger, which makes me a better mom and surgeon. Wayne's knowledge and passion exceed expectations. He understands the mechanics of every muscle and designs intentional programs tailored to your goals. He immediately identified my poor posture from years in the OR and systematically strengthened the right muscles while using targeted stretching and bodywork to relieve chronic tension. A former physical therapist, he blends corrective work with performance training. Wayne is tough but fair -- he corrects form until it's flawless and gives simple, actionable changes that become lasting habits. His nutrition guidance isn't a fad: it kept me full and energized, addressed chronic dehydration (I now drink at least half my body weight in ounces of water), and eliminated the need for sugary snacks. I increased my daily steps and added targeted supplements. In four months I've lost 10 lbs, dropped under 20% body fat, gained significant muscle, and am down a clothing size. Most importantly, my chronic back pain has resolved, my posture is much improved, and I feel the healthiest and happiest I've ever been.

I was not very healthy growing up, so I initially felt nervous about starting strength training. However, Coach Cyrus made me feel comfortable and confident with his patient and personalized approach. After two months of training, I feel stronger, recover better, and have more energy at work. Most importantly, my half marathon time improved by 20 minutes. I would recommend Morph Fitness to anyone looking for more energy, better endurance, and effective guidance.

Despite everything, Nico kept me grounded, positive, and focused. Workouts, macros, water, protein, protein, PROTEIN! He has a way of keeping you in the game even when life is throwing everything at you. This session had a tighter timeline -- I was prepping for a very special family event -- so the approach was more of a sprint compared to the gradual builds we've done in past sessions. Different, but it worked. And the real test? Traveling right before the event -- no gym, couldn't track macros, water intake was a mess -- and I still felt AMAZING. I showed up feeling like the best version of myself. That is 100% because of Nico. He is more than a trainer. He's a coach, a cheerleader, and an inspiration. The tools and mindset he's given me go beyond any single goal because at the end of the day, this is a lifestyle. If you're looking for someone who will truly invest in YOU -- not just your workouts -- Nico is your person.

This studio looked great and was well-reviewed, so I became a longtime client and even prepaid for a package of classes. One day the studio was very cold -- Parkinson's makes it hard for me to regulate my body temperature -- so I closed the door. I was the only client working out at the time. Moments later, a man violently slammed the door back open in my face. No explanation, no apology. I later learned he was the owner. We adore our trainer, who went above and beyond to help, even arranging a meeting with the owner to address what happened. Instead of apologizing, the owner insisted I had violated the rules. All it would have taken was, "We keep the door open here -- please leave it, and let us know if you're cold." Instead, he doubled down. I trusted this studio with my health and my money. Take yours elsewhere.

She's Hawaiian sunshine in human form, always upbeat, which definitely helps at 7 a.m. Her happy-go-lucky energy is so constant I can't decide if she's my trainer or just a very cheerful Energizer Bunny in disguise. She's also dedicated, always learning the latest fitness research to fine-tune my workouts. She helped me get stronger, and now we're tackling weight loss. But don't think it's all serious science--sessions with her are also comedy shows. She'll get distracted, lose count of my reps (always when they're the hardest ), and then showers me with a nonstop chorus of "Good job! Good job!" until I finally give her the side-eyes . But here's the thing: even with the chaos, Chermayne knows exactly what she's doing. She motivates me, keeps me accountable, and somehow makes sweating buckets feel fun. If you want a trainer who'll push you, cheer you on, occasionally forget what number you're on, and still make every workout the highlight of your day--Chermayne's your girl.

I was really impressed with the level of care and attention she gave my friend and I during our first session--I could tell she genuinely cared about meeting our personal health and fitness goals. Beyond that, she successfully demonstrated her expertise in her field...she had asked us to simply walk, carefully watched how our bodies moved, and pointed out the areas where we were imbalanced. After giving us a few mobility exercises, that imbalance was pretty much gone! She definitely knows what she's doing. After months of training with Adriana, I can say that there's definitely been huge improvements not only in my body but in my health. (A note to prospective clients with recent injuries: Adriana not only modified my exercises to avoid re-injury but she gave me exercises to help build the strength it needed). She's changed the way I think about food, and I definitely have her to thank for it. I also never got bored with her! She was certainly challenging and knew when to push us a little harder, but she's so positive and encouraging that working out with her was always more fun than going to the gym.
