The windshield looked fine at first, but after the first heavy rain I started noticing water leaking inside my car. Later I learned that shortcuts like poor cleaning, improper primer application, or not allowing the adhesive to cure properly can lead to leaks, wind noise, and even reduce the windshield's ability to protect you in an accident. When I went to OC Windshields, they took the time to explain the entire process. They showed me why quality urethane adhesive matters, why proper preparation is so important, and why rushing a windshield installation can create problems down the road. I realized I wasn't just paying for a piece of glass I was paying for safety, experience, and peace of mind. Sometimes the cheapest option ends up costing more. VERY good heat reduction I've notice inside my car on these hot hot summer days. Definitely would recommend their service, but be mindful of your time in case it isn't a 'quick' pickup.

Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

At the appointment, Bradley was incredibly thoughtful - he listened closely to all the research I had done on products that met my requirements (maximizing privacy, enough light for plants, and heat rejection). He actually proposed a product that I was not aware of from Vista that met all our needs even better than any I had already found! Bradley measured up and sent out an estimate super quickly, and the price was great, especially for the premium Vista product. There was a slight hiccup when I discovered that the film he recommended might have a small amount of metal that might affect signal reception in the house (we live in an area with notoriously poor signal). Bradley instantly offered to do additional research with his distributor, and he got back to me the next day with additional information that put me at ease. Once we signed the proposal, we were scheduled for installation within a few days. The installation team couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable, neater, cleaner, or more efficient. The two of them took care of a large number of windows PLUS some extra windows with leftover film in less than 8 hours. Oh and they were great about making sure the front door was closed after they were told we have 3 cats - as a pet parent, this matters so much when you have work done in the house! We are thrilled with the result. No bubbles (even though we know they disappear as the film cures over multiple weeks) and we could feel the difference in heat transfer instantly. It's gonna be a much better summer because of the film. The privacy improvement is significant, and the plants are still getting plenty of light; having said that, I promised Bradley I'd come back to update this review with the results so that plant parents out there could feel comfortable about having options for film products. More dirt in the film became apparent. I think for the cost invested I rather keep the original. I felt automotive film had better heat reduction for some reason.

I came in with my car to get rid of these cheap tints that were on my car from the previous owner. They easily took off the tints on my front driver and passenger side doors, and put some 20% tints on the sides and 35% on the front windshield. From the inside I can't even tell the car is tinted, especially at night I can see perfectly. Their work is super efficient and the quality is amazing! Highly recommend them. I wasn't sure what tint shade to go with, but the team recommended XPEL XR Plus ceramic on all windows and the windshield. It came out exactly how I wanted, clean look with great heat rejection. The tint looks clean & high-end. I also added XPEL Ultimate Plus PPF on the front end, bull bar, fender flares, and spare tire holder, plus some interior carbon fiber pieces. It gives me peace of mind knowing everything is protected. The process was smooth, and the team was patient and helpful the whole way through. They didn't have the highest number of reviews, but it was clear the owner is hands-on and genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of the work. And that was the most important to me when making my decision. I'm very happy with my decision. The tint on my Porsche came out flawless, the attention to detail was impressive, and the shop was spotless and professional. I had all windows and panoramic roof tinted. And he also removed my HOV stickers that I couldn't remove myself! Highly recommend this place. Detailed quality work and great customer service. I'll definitely be back to have them install PPF on my Porsche next time.

Throughout the service, they kept me updated on what they were doing to the car and also showed the before and after which made a huge difference. My car looked and felt brand new at the end of it. A huge reason why I rated them so highly was because of their transparency and would come back again if I need another detailing. They do amazing work at OC Tint & Detail and would highly recommend them to family and friends.
