If you are on a time budget, schedule the weekend or something. I was late to get back to work. The work itself was good and the Xpel XR nano-ceramic tint is truly an excellent product. VERY good heat reduction I've notice inside my car on these hot hot summer days. Definitely would recommend their service, but be mindful of your time in case it isn't a 'quick' pickup.

Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.

I came back because my window was replaced due to a fracture caused by age and the changing weather conditions. They still maintained the excellent customer service and engaging interaction. Their waiting room is nicely air conditioned and is also very cozy. After i grabbed lunch across the street, i went back in and wanted to wait until the job was done. I didnt realize i had dozed off and woke up to a phone call that it was finished. Their restrooms are very well maintained and their fridge is fully stocked. I decided to go with 30% tint on the driver and passenger side windows so I wouldn't have any trouble seeing at night. For the rear windows, I went with 5% to give it a more private look. I left the trunk window as it is for safety, since Wranglers already come with a factory tint from the start. The two-man team worked together, and the whole process was finished in about an hour. I could tell right away they are real experts in this field. Overall, I'm really happy with the service, and more importantly, the results look great. The owner mentioned it comes with a 5-year warranty. I'm definitely planning to come back with my other car for service next time.
