I don't really post stuff on yelp usually but this really pissed me off. Went for tint service for back window and realized that the car back window had something fallen off (see the picture. It's like something that been attached to the back window) and I know for a fact that there was nothing wrong before going to the place because there's no reason for us to touch that thing. So we called them and asked about this and they told us to bring the car and they can handle it. So we scheduled it and went and when we arrived they told us that they didn't touch that and it's not their fault and won't fix it. The price was great but the situation they are handling afterward seems like they are making it all customer's own situation to deal with. PS: they also said they don't take responsibility of the windshield heater if it breaks while doing tint and customer have to deal with it as they bring them for tint. read more

Wasted time and money without compensation. Tint quality is subpar but they charge a premium price. They don't tell you beforehand about the possibility of bubbles in the tint if your windows were previously tinted (first time I've ever heard this excuse). They gave me a refund once I addressed bubbling and distorted vision, but only on the condition that they remove the tint. They don't want to refund me and let me keep the tint because then they'll be at a loss. Instead, they would rather the customer be at a loss for their mistakes. Now the time wasted on this whole process, uber fees, and discomfort of being without tint until I find another tint shop, is all at my expense. Even the front desk admitted that I'm the only one losing in this situation. Avoid this place if you're looking for quality tint. read more

Not sure if it's just my experience with my mustang gt but I have gone back 3 times already with bubbles. And dirt trapped under the tint making more bubbles . They do have great customer service by the way but the tint just keeps coming out unprofessional and I paid 400$. read more
