Hello Everybody, Well let me tell you, to anyone who is needing simple straight up SMOG service, well here you go! Not only is this a woman owned shop, it's an uncomplicated, no hassle, smooth experience, in a very clean, well-kept shop. Liz is a totally "hands on under the hood" confident certified SMOG Technician. She is proficient, courteous, and a reliable business owner. She supports other local businesses and offers additional references. I truly appreciate her authenticity and solid knowledge of the mechanics under the hood and certification process. The service was efficient and just super cool. As a woman, it so challenging to find a trustworthy professionals, but trust me on this one, You won't ever question the experience, nor the money you hand over. Literally, it was 10 mins quick process. Additionally, and this for me is the bonus, she is a believer and is open to discuss her faith. For those out there who are believers you will appreciate this. I had a lovely yet pleasantly brief discussion on the subject matter. Oh, and for those who into aesthetics appeal, she has beautifully decorated her garage with vintage memorabiblia. OH! she even has a charging station, which is so considerate indeed. Thanks again Liz!!! Sorry I could get any photos. The ones posted are quite accurate. read more

Fatest Test in the wild West! Customer service at its absolute BEST. It literally took me 5-10 minutes of good conversation with Will and I was ready to go with a smogged and passed truck. Will will hook you up with a great price and show what San Diego Will's Southern Hospitality is all about. This service is what all star smog test locations should aspire to attain. This was my first time at Soco Smog Test and I could not be happier. Let me start by saying how refreshing it is to see a woman owned and operated automotive business!! You go, girl!! Now, here's my review-- I had a lot of questions due to my out of state plates and renewing my registration here, what things I would need for the dmv, etc. Angie, the owner and operator at this lovely establishment, is very knowledgeable. I was confident that all of my questions were answered by a reliable, trustworthy source. Even though she could have told me to look it all up on line for myself, I did the night before and was left feeling quite lost, so she helped me out more than I can describe. Then there's the price, Yelp offered to submit price inquiries from several places nearby and the prices were the same. BUT none of them had a woman in charge, running the show! At that point, it was hands down the only pick! And I'm very glad with the results!! Highly recommend!! read more
