Waited all day and called to find he forgot to put it in the computer? They came the following week and put together a parts list. 2 months later parts came in and scheduled the repair. I'm waiting the morning of the repair and Abraham calls to cancel because it's too cold? He said the temp has to be above 50 degrees for the PVC cement to set. All weather PVC cement will set down to -15 degrees Fahrenheit. I told them to get the right material for the right situation and don't make me waste another day on this, going on 3 months now. The tech does eventually show up, but still uses the wrong cement even after I asked him point blank to use "all weather". Spa's still leaking. Total incompetence. Thanks Abraham

An employee from this company engaged in aggressive road-rage behavior toward my family, putting everyone on the road at risk. Regardless of the circumstances, there is never an excuse for driving aggressively or endangering the lives of others. After waiting four frustrating days for a callback from the original retailer (with zero response), I reached out to Ryan, who confirmed he was certified for my spa model. We scheduled an appointment on the spot, and he arrived right on time.Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty check valve and--best of all--had the replacement part right there on his truck. The repair took no time at all, and he explained everything clearly along the way. He's the epitome of professional: communicative, efficient, and thorough. My hot tub is back to perfect, leak-free condition, and I'm thrilled with the service. If you're in need of hot tub repairs, King Hot Tub (and Ryan specifically) gets my highest recommendation!

After having Anthony repair my tub from time to time over 5 years, and always having to…read morebe extremely patient and bite my tongue, this last repair turned into an epic fiasco and could have resulted in damage to my tub. A heater went out in Sept. With the usual sporadic communication, he came to fix it about 6 weeks later. However, he first drained the tub and removed the old heater before discovering he had the wrong part. Why did he have the wrong part? This wasn't the first time. And then he just left it all disconnected and even took my part off the premises. Never mind freezing weather and standing water and no winterization. It took additional weeks to get him to winterize the tub, all the while he kept telling me the part was out of stock. Then he told me he'd get it from another supplier but never did. I decided I'd order it myself but after weeks of asking him for the part number I got nothing but excuses. Finally, I called Jacuzzi and that's when I discovered I could have had this part months ago. It was out of stock at "his" supplier but not at three others. It was now January! I still tried to be as polite as ever to get this done but then I got lip from him and he told me to take a hike. One month after contacting Mountain Blue Spas it was fixed.
