She put me on hold, came back and told what they would make on the order and it wasn't worth it. She offered to make something, not the cake I paid for, but not until Monday. The 800 service I used had the cake arrangement remade using Safeway grocery florist (it was beautiful) instead of an over 100 yr old so called florist company. They were friendly, respectful, and very careful removing my old chair and placing the new one. When they ran the chair through all of the settings on the remote, there was something just not quite right. They replaced the chair that afternoon, and all is well. They are not the cheapest in town, but their products and selection are of the highest quality and superior to anyone else's available in town.
