I had an extremely poor experience with Spa Doctor (Anthony). Communication is nonexistent and completely ineffective. Calls, texts, and voicemails go unanswered, yet payment demands continue, which has already been paid with payment verified. Invoices are incorrect, issues are never explained, and no effort is made to resolve problems. Anthony shows zero accountability or professionalism. The frustration and wasted time are unacceptable. if you value clear communication, accurate billing, and basic customer service, avoid Spa Doctor and take your business elsewhere. Stay away! After having Anthony repair my tub from time to time over 5 years, and always having to be extremely patient and bite my tongue, this last repair turned into an epic fiasco and could have resulted in damage to my tub. A heater went out in Sept. With the usual sporadic communication, he came to fix it about 6 weeks later. However, he first drained the tub and removed the old heater before discovering he had the wrong part. Why did he have the wrong part? This wasn't the first time. And then he just left it all disconnected and even took my part off the premises. Never mind freezing weather and standing water and no winterization. It took additional weeks to get him to winterize the tub, all the while he kept telling me the part was out of stock. Then he told me he'd get it from another supplier but never did. I decided I'd order it myself but after weeks of asking him for the part number I got nothing but excuses. Finally, I called Jacuzzi and that's when I discovered I could have had this part months ago. It was out of stock at "his" supplier but not at three others.It was now January! I still tried to be as polite as ever to get this done but then I got lip from him and he told me to take a hike. One month after contacting Mountain Blue Spas it was fixed. read more

19 Nov 2025 I contacted you for a leak repair on my spa, We scheduled an appointment for 20 Nov to have it checked out. No one showed during the expected hour time frame and I received no notification from your office letting me know that no one would be showing. It was rescheduled for 21 Nov and Greg showed up. I had already removed the panels and found what I believe was the leak. When Greg arrived, he concurred with the leak I had found and spent approximately 15 minutes taking pictures of the equipment for what parts may be needed to be ordered and left. On 25 Nov I requested I copy of the estimate for repair. I was told I would have it by the end of the day. Never received estimate or any communication with your office. 1 Dec I sent a text requesting an estimate and a date/time for possible repair. It has been 3 days now and once again no communication from anyone in your office or company. If you don't want the job just let me know so I can find another Company that will at lest communicate with me. read more

Anthony was amazing! I would have zero hesitation about referring Dr Spa to anyone needing hot tub installation or repairs. Anthony visited our house within 48 hours of when I first reached out about a new installation, with valuable advice on placement and other considerations. During installation, Anthony went above and beyond. Getting the tub in to place was an ordeal, but he had a plan every step of the way and the end result was perfect. After he completed the connections and startup, the tub started tripping the breaker. Anthony diagnosed the problem and provided a written report that we could turn in to the retailer/mfgr that sold us the tub.
