They looked at the truck and pointed out items that were damaged that we didn't even notice. They made sure everything was repaired and replaced properly, covered by the other person's insurance, and they even were able to get it back to us earlier than expected! Originally, the vehicle was brought to another repair shop that was State Farm's preferred place. That shop not only didn't repair the damage, they made shotty repairs that made the vehicle look like an amateur did the work. They oversprayed the bumper sensors, painted over the gas cap seal, didn't replace fender pieces, damaged window panels, got overspray all over the rear of the vehicle. Then tried to convince us that the repairs were up to, "industry standards".... This is where Forsyth Collision became our hero. We went in and explained the situation to Steve. He did a quick look over and besides the issues we saw, he started pointing out things that we didn't even notice. Then the owner Salih came out and they both were noticing issues with the paint. They worked with State Farm to authorize the repairs of the "repair" from the first shop. Since the model was so new there were issues getting parts quickly, but Steve and Joseph made sure they kept us in the loop the entire time. When they notified us that the vehicle was ready, my wife and I were anxious to see the results. Well, we were blown away! It looked like a brand new SUV again! The difference in appearance was amazing. Every detail they said they were going to go over was handled and it was done to perfection. The entire process would take hours to write, but let's just say after 3 months of dealing with the other place messing things up and then getting the car back looking better than new, I feel confident recommending Forsyth Collision to anyone needing work done to their vehicle! We are looking to purchase a vintage Chevy truck from the Atlanta area and need it inspected first. I'm calling around to reputable shops to see who can help. This business had a few stars, and their website showed classic cars that they work on, so I figure even if they don't have someone in their shop who can do it, maybe they know someone who can. These communities are small and help is usually just a phone call away, but Blake's reply, after I told him that we are across the country, was that hey only do on-site inspections and people usually bring the cars to them. I understand this is a slightly out of the norm request, and it may not have worked out had he even tried to help. But good customer service to me is when the vendor actually puts in a little effort; asks the boss or a guy in the shop if they can help or if they know someone who can. That's what Anthem Automotive did just a few minutes prior to this fruitless conversation with Blake, the least interested service-person I've ever encountered outside of McDonald's. Erf.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. It's been about 2-3 months since my wife…read moreand I were rear-ended, and dealing with the driver who was at fault and his insurance company was a nightmare. They were extremely difficult to get ahold of and would sometimes take 3-4 days just to respond to an email. It took them almost 1.5 months to just let us shop around for a shop to repair. Our rear bumper was cracked, and after finally getting a response from the insurance company, they sent us a $1,000 check to cover the repairs. Unfortunately, after shopping around, I quickly realized that $1,000 wasn't nearly enough to get the job done properly. That's when I reached out to Roland Auto Collision. The owner was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. James the owner and his crew also found that the frame was damaged also. He told me to simply bring the car in, provide the accident policy number, and they would handle the rest directly with the insurance company once the repairs were completed. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Roland Auto Collision took the stress out of both the repairs and dealing with the insurance company. They were professional, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. Roland Auto Collision is hands down the place to go if you need collision repairs or help dealing with insurance!
