Called & talked to Matt & he said to call him when the hitch came in. (It was delivered to my house about an hour later) When I called back Don said to bring it in around 10 am today. I hung around & the hitch was installed on my car 30-40 min later! Grant the fact that you don't need to be a rocket scientist to install one of these, I was impressed & more than happy that they were willing & able to install on such short notice, wow!!
