Morgan is great! She was able to fit me in for my first appointment the same day I called. I was super indecisive so I gave her a general idea of what I like and she ran with it. Nothing crazy, just a simple gel manicure, but she did a great job and the salon is super cute. read more

Danika is great! Very professional and I can always trust that my hair will come out the way I wanted it to.

I have been getting my lashes done by Jena Cash for a few months now & I absolutely love her work. She's quick and does a great job. I always get compliments on my lashes wherever I go. I recommend her to anyone who asks. See you tomorrow for my fill Jena!! read more

I found Loft through Yelp, when I was tired of spending money and getting terrible results at the shop near my house. I wanted to be somewhere that the technicians cared, and boy howdy, did I find the right place. Jena has done my nails just a handful of times (no pun intended!), but she does an absolutely amazing job. I've had both Kim and Melissa do Rockstar toes, and they both did an amazing job. My first set lasted over 6 weeks! However, what I love most about going to The Loft is the way the time I spend there restores my soul. The women at the salon, even those who aren't adminstering your services at the time, are engaged and are truly listening. They care about you. They care about your experience. As soon as I leave, I am looking forward to my next appointment. read more

I want to say how much I love this place! Ashley took such great care of me. I absolutely love the service and the atmosphere! Ashley did a great job of taming my long hair and adding great layers to it. She was such a doll and listened and offered great suggestions. I'm definitely making this my go to spot from now on. read more

I've been going here for a couple of years now and I love it! All of the ladies are fun and chatty. It's my few moments of pampering every few weeks. Jessica has always given me exactly what I want... even though I rarely walk in knowing what I want! I start with a color in mind and she just makes them fun and fabulous. The results are always amazing... but almost more importantly (to me)... when I walk in everyone is fun and chatty. It's what salons should be like. A fun and relaxing atmosphere. I look forward to my appointments! read more

I love The Loft!! Everyone there is so skilled and talented at what they do- true artists. I see Kim and she is always patient (being a Gemini I take forever and a day to decide what the heck I wanna do with my nails, lol), and comes up with great and creative ideas for colors and designs. Not to mention is a total sweetheart! I've gotten countless compliments on my nails since I started coming here. LOVE the rockstar nails...I'm a glitter lover, so it's hard to stray away- but I feel like you can't go wrong no matter what you do here. They also do esthetics, lash extensions, massage, spray tanning and more here! Pretty cool! Adorable shop too. :) read more

I have gotten my nail done twice by Morgan! Both times my nails came out great. Just got some Halloween nails love love love them. The girls that work there are very friendly and easy to talk to. read more

I have been going to Jen and Erin for my nails and lashes for years! But recently I went there to get my hair done. Ashley Is incredible. She fixed a bad hair job that I had done and she made me look fabulous. I even brought my daughter back to get her haircut and Ashley made her look adorable. read more

Love this place I wouldn't go anywhere else now that I found Kim! She takes whatever ideas or pictures I want and does my nails/toes perfectly!! She's the best nail tech I've ever had and will continue going to her for as long as I get my nails done.. My gels last 3 weeks always perfect. She has every glitter possible as well! read more

This is for Mallory- I have already reviewed Kimberly (A+). Mallory gave me a 90 minute massage after I began a new exercise routine and was feeling very tight and sore in my back and shoulders. Well she found out I was tight in many other places! and she immediately requested to work on these areas even if they were painful. I agreed because I have a past of being stressed and this can cause deep muscle pain. She was miraculous and knowledgeable. I am going back tomorrow to get another massage since I just returned from a vacation where I was in the car and on a plane a lot. My neck and shoulders are barking, but I know she will do her magic. Also she suggested I invest in a foam roller to massage my muscles at home and that has been a wonderful addition to my exercise routine. Mallory is a delight and I am happy she is at the Loft because I love supporting small, local businesses. read more

Great salon with a great group of staff. I'm happy with my nails every time I leave and if there is an issue I know they'd be quick to help fix! There are lots of colors, glitter, and goodies to choose from so the options are endless. Jessica Crawford is THE BEST manicurist around! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in Sonoma County to come see her at the Loft, it's such a nice, clean and cutely decorated salon. She has LITERALLY every color you could ever think of too... seriously! Personally, I've had gel with foil and hologram glitter but she also does Rockstar and has a ton of fun designs, colors and sparkles to choose from AND it lasts for weeks. Morgan is awesome! I won't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. I've been seeing her for years- before she was even at this location. I have tricky eyebrows- big and shapeless, yet sparse in actual hair. Plus I have a scar over one brow where hair doesn't grow. She has been able to tame my brows and give them a beautiful shape. It's amazing how much a good wax job can do for your face! I highly recommend Morgan! read more

This is one of the absolute best salons in Sonoma County. The very talented owner, Jena, is not taking on new clients at the moment due to having a darling new baby she wants to spend those special moments with. However there is an abundance of talented technicians at this salon. I have had my nails done by multiple ladies here and they always turn out great! All of the services here are top notch! The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, everything is very clean! read more

Jena the owner took the time to speak to me about my review, which I really appreciated. She told me that new floors are coming in January, and she would make changes to the pedicure stations based on what the nail stylists' suggestions. I'm in today for my nail appointment and yahoo!! There are new comfy rugs at the pedi stations for the stylists who prefer to sit on the floor AND ergonomic stools for those who prefer those. Great job Jena!!! The loft is my mani pedi, lash extension, and facial go to place...AND have a new hair salon with Davines products!! read more

I love this place - the vibe and the quality work and personable women that work here. I initially came here following my hair stylist and wizard, Ashley Blanchard-Lowman. I found her about 5 years ago, when I use to be a frustrated (untrained hairdresser) self-stylist or a salon bouncer - going from one place to another. Nobody was able to sway me to come back to them for my hair services - but Ashley was able to work her magic and I am now a loyal and dedicated follower that totally looks forward to having ONLY Ashley touch my hair for coloring, cutting and understanding my hair and it's quirks. Once Ashley moved to this salon, it was easy to get to know the other wonderful women that work in this full service salon - it's truly a one stop shop for all your personal beauty services. The element of women employed here are just comfortable and real. No phony airs or pretentious, snobbery - just a group of knowledgeable beauticians that know what they are doing and they all treat one another respectfully and they treat each person that walks in the door, like a very important friend. I had a few friends that had eyelash extensions done by Jen Peterson at this salon. When I saw that Ashley also had them done by Jen, and they looked as wonderful on her as they did on my other friends, I had to jump onboard and get myself some eyelashes as well. I'm on chemo and have lost a lot of lashes, so this kind of makes me feel complete. Jen did a wonderful job and it just took a short while. There are others there that also do lovely lashes, but I had my done by Jen and I am so pleased, I cannot tell you just how pleased. She explained how to take care of them and what to do and not do. No more messy old mascara for this old gal here - I'm sporting some fabulous lashes that are grabbing tons of compliments. So, not only am I rocking wonderfully coifed hair at the graces of Ashley Blanchard-Lowman, I am also batting some bad ass lashes by Jen Peterson. Eventually I plan on going in for a facial and maybe even some mani-pedi work. When I do that, I will be sure to post the results. But I swear by Ashley's hair mastery and Jen's lash mastery and the quality of good gals that work here. read more

I love getting my nails done here! I'm a regular customer and I see Shannon and I wouldn't have it any other way! She's amazing, funny and nice. I tried going to a few places before coming here but nothing worked for me, this time '3rd time is a charm' came to mind. My nails would always lift or wouldn't look right and just weren't how I was hoping for them to be. But when I came here, almost a year ago, she made sure to assure me that if there was any problem at all and I didn't like something or something happened, to let her know and she means it! You won't hurt her feelings and she makes sure to let you know it's about what you want. I get acrylic with a buff finish because gels don't work with me, and she's one of the few who still do it, she's always talking or giving advice which is nice so you're not sitting there awkwardly and when my fiancé comes in with me, she tries to provide him a seat and is always friendly with both of us. Another thing, if you're sensitive, let her know and she'll accommodate, she's been doing this for so long and is so good at it that she can meet your needs! I won't go anywhere else, she always takes care of me! :) read more

Do you want to start 2018 on the right foot?? Then please see Danika at The Loft at the Boulevard! She saved me! I know my curly long hair well(was down to breasts) and can usually successfully guide a hairstylist to a desired style if (as in this instance) I miss an opportunity to get on the calendar at my usual salon. A few days ago, however, I had the unfortunate luck to walk into another local salon and walk out with my hair cut 6-7 inches shorter in a horrifying triangular shape. Based on the image I provided, my hair only needed a bit of fresh layering and some removal of underlying bulk. I walked out crying, my beautiful bouncy locks had been chopped off. I'd mentioned to the stylist, as I have to many stylists in the past, that the best way to cut my hair was by flat ironing it first so that I could be assured of the desired length, then cut the desired style based on the image - which I knew I could wear either curly or straight based on my hair. I got a flippant response that she'd done hair like mine many times before and she proceeded to cut off 6+ inches of my hair leaving me with assymetrical trimming around my face, one side the length of my chin and the other, the length of my cheek. I went home and my family was horrified. My hair was gone. My husband quickly tried helping me find a salon that would fit me in same day to see if there was any way to repair my disaster. He found Daniia at the Loft. She generously added me to the end of her day and mercifully fixed my hair rather than going home and relaxing or heading home for dinner. I walked in and she quickly assessed my hair and was also horrified. From her vantage point it looked as though someone had taken uneven (Not blended) chunks out of the back of my head, something I had not been able to see for obvious reasons. She restructured, relayered and repaired my entire cut. What she left me with was stunning and hip and by far one of the most beautiful haircuts I have ever had. In the last few days I have worn it curly, wavy, and dead straight and have had several people give me compliments on it and even say that I look much younger. Most importantly, Danika is up front and an excellent listener and communicator. She was clear with me what a repair like this would entail and how much more hair I would most likely lose. She did say, however, that she would do her best to make sure I walked out happy. She did that. I was blown away and when I returned home nobody could believe that she was able to remove the disaster I had come home with previously. Epic Save! Go to Danika! If you can, make her your stylist, or like me trust her when all things seem wrong! We just bought another house a few counties away but if I didn't have to move I would definitely return to Danika for the rest of my future haircuts. Best to all of you in 2018! read more

I have always had the best experience with Danika O'Leary and she always given me exactly what I want and fixes all the damage I do to my hair with straightening and curling it! This salon is AMAZING!!! I have been getting my nails done by Jena for years and this salon is just the icing on the cake!!! It's clean, spacious and so inviting! Ive been getting my eyelashes done by Jen for over 2 years. She is one of the sweetest, most talented women I know. My eyelashes are always on point. Ive had them done other places and they fall out or just look tacky. Jen's technique is phenomenal as she takes what I have and accentuates them making them look natural and beautiful. With that being said, ALL of the ladies at The Loft are amazing people. There is a sense of family as you walk through the door where not one professional treats you as if you were there to see someone else. They all welcome you as if you were their personal client. read more

The girls at the loft are fabulous. They make the atmosphere feel like the days when you were in high school and got ready with your best friends to go out they have a ton of different services, and it's pretty rare to find an all-in-one salon so don't have to step into a place with a racing heart thinking, "I don't know this person.. My happiness is in their hands.." But at the loft, you know every service is awesome because they all practice on one another. It's fun to be able to chat about girl things, no boys. I get my nails done by Morgan, and she's pretty much a perfectionist. And she's also really receptive to anything you think is a tiny bit off. Hey, perfection is boring. But the experience and beautiful results are all that matters. Morgan has been an angel as far as my own fault of miscommunication. She's so accommodating. But she's super busy! You have to book early read more

I made an appointment for early on a Saturday because I had a wedding to go to in Middletown. I HATE getting out of the house early o. A weekend because I like to hang in my pjs way too long! Anyhow I had to get my dragging a$$ out and get moving! My appointment was for 8 am and I was very pleased that my nail tech could accommodate! I arrived at 7:55 and waited! My friend was already sitting and having her nails worked on ( she was going to the wedding with me) I waited and waited some more, my nail tech was 35 minutes late- I realize sugar happens but it was embarrassing , like she forgot -!!!!! Ok fine she arrived my nails were fine in the end. What really pushed me over the edge is that I sat there waiting and noticed all the cobwebs, dirty areas hidden in the corners-it really bugged me! I wanted to clean while I was waiting. The owner apparently just had a baby not too long ago( believe me I Understand BABY coma) but you need to keep your shop clean. This was last year , 8-8-15 when I was there but it still bothers me. I own a shop and we have a strict cleaning regimen, what you show your public, is what you are! Poo ! read more

I can't say enough amazing things about this salon! I come here for my eyelash extensions, nails, and hair. Nicholle does me eyelash extensions. I was getting them done somewhere else and wasn't that satisfied so I switched over to her and I couldn't be happier! My eyelashes are rock solid and stay on amazing! She's super nice and sweet and makes the time getting them done seem like it flies by! Mikayla has been doing my nails for a few years now and I have never been disappointed! My nails always last and come out amazing. Even when I have her try new things on my nails she hasn't done before it comes out perfect every time! She's super talented and amazing at what she does! Michelle does my hair and I absolutely love it! I've gone to a few people prior and now I wouldn't go to another person again. She's really easy to talk to and is good about communicating with you about what you want. My hair hasn't been healthier or looked better! I'm always recommending all three of them to anyone who asks about where I get my beauty stuff done. Not to mention it's amazing to get everything done at one place! read more

Today was the first day I met Danika and she squeezed me into her schedule when I told her that I had an event coming up and that I needed a hair correction. I had just gotten my hair done at another salon (wanting a balayage) and I ended up with bad highlights. Danika fixed it and made it SO much better. Even though she squeezed me in, it did not feel rushed and she did a wonderful job. And the rest of the staff was very friendly as well. read more
