I just had another great experience with Big Frog, with both their product and with their customer…read moreservice. First, the order of shirts and the printing came out great. In addition, the order was delivered several days prior to expected delivery date, so I was able to deliver the shirts earlier than expected to my friends, who loved them! Second, while there was a small discrepancy with the order (one shirt size was wrong), their responsiveness to resolve the issue, at several points along the journey, was prompt and appreciated. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to have a quality printing product, small or large.

I ordered $500 worth of shirts for a company I work for, and the shirts took nearly 1 month for…read morethem to arrive. When the shirts arrived, all of the back logos were off center!? When I called to complain, I was met with hostility by Willie, who is the GM apparently. Willie told me they would send us replacement shirts. I told him 3V should also issue a discount for the inconvenience. Willie then proceeded to argue with me for 30 + minutes, until I finally just told him to send the replacement shirts to get off the phone. Once again, it took nearly a month for the replacement shirts to arrive. When the replacement shirts arrived, the logos were in the center of the shirt; however, they used so much ink the logos protruded from the shirt. Two of these replacement shirts also had ink stains on the sleeve and bottom of the shirt. Avoid this company like the plague. They are shady, their logos come out looking terrible, and they have terrible customer service.

I work for a small business that relies on Alphagraphics for our extensive printing needs. Every…read moreyear Alphagraphics prints thousands of complicated workbooks and manuals for us. I cannot sing their praises highly enough. Hany, Gigi, and Natasha are professional and thorough and their back-office team works hard to get the job done. Quotes are reasonable and deadlines are consistently met (typically they get things to us sooner than expected). When we are on deadline, we push their team hard. And we are always met with kindness and competency. Would give six (or more) stars if possible. Alphagraphics keeps us running and is a valuable part of our team. We've never had anything but top notch service.

The results were amazing, the quality great and the price more than fair. Everyone loved the shirts. In fact, when we got the bill it was less than we expected and quoted. Yes! I will be back and will highly recommend them to everyone. They definitely go above what is expected.
