I mostly have issues with the coin op laundry. My washer died, and i thought i would get a weeks worth of laundry done in 2 hours, so i popped in here. They have high efficiency washers, and i noticed the cleaning lady closing and latching all of them, which i thought was maybe because she was going to do the floors or something and wanted the doors closed. Nope. When i got home, i noticed that all my clothes smelled really bad. This leads me to believe that they always keep all the washers closed because they grow mold if they don't get a chance to dry out. Ultimately, I ended up spending a whole day at my parents' house rewashing everything. It was nice to hang out with them, but a huge waste of time and money to go to the laundromat first. Not related to the washing, but they used to have vending machines for drinks and snacks, which were gone, and the soap vending machines were not working. That may have changed since my visit.

That changed some very ho hum items into clothing that once again was in the regular rotation. Mostly this involved lengthening pants and skirts. Many of my friends use Jenny's for simple alterations like this, and I don't think I have ever paid more than $10. Yes, I could take all those $10 charges and buy my own sewing machine and do it myself, and maybe I will. But Jenny is great for fast and reliable service until then.

I wanted to have my wedding gown shortened now that my wedding is over. I saw a sign for a "Master…read moreTailor" at the cleaners that I pass frequently so I called and asked for an appointment. The tailor actually works out of one of their other shops (this location in Shillington) and I made an apppointment. Unfortunately, Victor, the tailor, only works during business hours so I had to leave work early to get to my apppointment. When I got to Supreme Cleaners, I was led to a small area where I could change into the dress. I walked out to an area with a mirror and stairs where Victor took two minutes to pin the gown to cocktail length. I was really surprised. I changed back into my work clothes and went out the the counter for a reciept. The gown was ready a few days later and was perfect. The hem was tiny, tightly sewn and wonderful. The best part, the alterations were only $35! I paid David's Bridal three times that much initially to take the dress up three inches! I wish I had all of my alterations done here, I could have saved myself a pile of money! They were also kind enough to save the fabric that was cut off my dress for my to use for a craft project. The service and work were impeccable. Highly recommended!

Really annoying that this was not explained when the garments were dropped off especially after driving from Morgantown to Shillington. I had just landed an "executive to the head partner" type position. Coming from a previous jeans position, I needed to buy a new wardrobe suited to my new career. Unfortunately I was between sizes so needed to have everything tailored. When I walked in, I was greeted by his wife who directed me to a dressing room and had me put my first outfit on. I was surprised when she returned instead of Luigi himself. She proceeded to pinch together and pin from one side of the garment and did the same with each piece of clothing. I thought it seemed odd but assumed the great Luigi maybe divided those measurements in half to take equal amounts in on each side. When I picked up my clothes, I was charged a hefty sum of money before handing me several garment bags of my clothes. I was not given the opportunity to try anything on but instead was pointed to the door. When I got home and tried everything on, every single piece was off centered and unwareable. When I complained to Mr Luigi about it, he was very nasty and refused to even reimburse me for his fee. He (rather his wife) ruined hundreds of dollars worth of clothes and charged hundreds for the tailoring. Just because he is a tailor doesn't make his wife one. She had no business doing a job she obviously had no skill in doing. I had decided to take him to small claims court but my father became I'll and passed away causing many more important things for me to take care of so I never did pursue it. I just can't believe someone would do this. She is no tailor and had no business doing her husband's job!

I am very glad that I did. They did a fantastic job and were very friendly. I used to take my jeans to a seamstress at Sak's in the city who would take about 2 weeks to hem one pair of jeans. At Luigi's they were done the next day! They did not keep the original hem; however, you cannot tell the difference. They matched the thread colors perfectly.

Honestly a little disappointed after all the great reviews I heard. Took 4 pairs of boots there, 2…read moreto be stretched and 2 to be repaired. The first two I was told would not be able to be stretched, which was totally fine, and he tried and I was satisfied. He gave me tips for stretching at home which was super kind and nice! The last two, I was not so thrilled with. The first pair needed resoled, which he did. But rather than asking if I would like them conditioned, he went ahead and conditioned the boots right over the stitching. He missed spots and other spots are globbed on. There is also conditioning inside the boot, very messily. The last pair, we discussed repair and I told him I was able to get a new pair of the same boots for 60$. He told me that rather than resoling them(due to the low price of new boots), that he would just repair the stitching. Fast forward to me coming to pick the boots up, and he resoled both the pairs, disregarding our conversation. He wrote no information down as to what I wanted. So here I am, paying an extra 60$ for resoled boots when I could have just bought them brand new for the same price. Disappointed with my service.

There was a small divot of the leather that had been gouged out of the top of the toe. It was barely visible from a standing distance, but very obvious when viewed closer. He worked his magic using some type of filler and then applied a professional polish. When I went to pick up the shoes, I couldn't tell which shoe had been repaired, it was that good.
