They look up your dry cleaning order by your telephone number. And they seem to remember my phone number before I give it to them. If you get your things in before 9, you can get them back after 4:30 the same day. Their cleaning is very good. I am particular about how my dress shirts are pressed (spot collars and cuffs and light starch). And their prices are fair. Sorting the hangers is a courtesy, not an obligation. As a customer, I do it begrugingly but it is NOT my job. We are not paid to their work. I suggest management have a talk with their help so they understand the relationship: we consumers/customers pay Parkway for a service. We assist them to be responsible in the community by bringing back plastic and hangers. It is not our job to sort them. That's a courtesy. Period.
