At this point I explained to Mr. Frank that I didn't feel comfortable and that I wasn't satisfied with their service or the fact that they were attempting to charge for items included in our contract, at that time I told him that we wanted a refund and he was instructed that we no longer wished to use their service. This took place back in 2021 and to this day we have not received our refund as requested. I still have ALL emails and will share with anyone considering doing business with this company. I do not recommend this company because they are not honest and will only give you the run around.

After speaking with Abdul Ahad (aka "Jeff Luke") he convinced me to sign with your company to bring my vision to life. He assured me that I would receive a fully functioning app, a registered Business LLC, high quality functioning website as well as built-in features relevant to my app's category. After working 4-5 months with "Tyler Scott" and "Alex Martin" I was somehow passed off in July, 2022 to one of the affiliate companies, Agile Web Studios in San Jose, California. Tyler and Alex have another "company" called "THE MR WEB" (beware of them too). I have not heard from either Tyler OR Alex since last July, 2022...not even an acknowledgment or heads up that I was being handed off or with any further detail. Since then, it has been one of the most frustrating, stressful and unreliable experiences I have ever had working with any business. Many of the things I was promised from the very beginning before investing almost $15,000 of my own personal savings into this idea have not been delivered on. - My app doesn't load half the time OR the content on it - It is riddled with spelling mistakes - The Business LLC registration has never been sent to me - I've never seen a contract or formal invoice - Website isn't a functioning website, but rather a basic dashboard system. -They also breached contract by not providing me with back-end info (source code-SSH) that I own and paid for last year (see attachments). It has been just awful. They are unreliable, unprofessional and terrible at their jobs. Changes that he assures me will take 2-3 days at most sometimes take more than a month to see. I have never been sent a contract or a formal invoice, and they continue to underdeliver. When they do finally respond, it's like speaking with incompetent toddlers. Terrible experience. I will be putting on every platform I can to warn people!

Firstly I would like to say my experience with the it factor has been nothing short of phenomenal!…read moreThe staff and talent assistants are awesome and they really are super selective of their talent. They have some awesome castings and really know who to network you with to propel your career. They have connections and ties with industry experts such as Robert Russell , Santino Fontana, and Brandon Steiner to name a few all of whom who deserve their own praise for the level of professionalism and network they bring to the table. They help you with everything from getting to your first casting to actually coaching you and guiding you to your first SAG-AFTRA job or big modeling job. In addition to the staff there alumni and network of talent are also really helpful I had the pleasure of meeting a few of the other talent at the office and on set and they are all really cool and helpful people I just started out in the industry and they did not look down at me at all instead they helped me out and walked me through how to become SAG accredited and steps to getting my first waivers. I received an email after my Sabbath had started on Friday night saying I was SCHEDULED to be in Philly for my interview at 12:45pm Saturday with NO CHANCE of RESCHEDULING! Note that I live in NYC and NO ONE attempted to call me until 12 noon Saturday morning. I didn't retrieve the email nor the message until after Shabbos. I then replied with a detailed explanation of why I 'missed' my scheduled 'audition' (who auditions for BG?). And as of this morning got no response. BUT - and this is rich- I JUST got a phone call from a total 'valley girl' type asking me if I'd "like to act and be in the movies and on TV or be a model!" She had NO idea what I was talking about when I mentioned that I had been contacted. She had NO IDEA who Brooke was (the person that sent the email and called) and assured me that IT PRODUCTIONS wasn't a scam, because she'd been there "a whole week already and would I be here if it was a scam?" She had also never heard of any show called TURN. When I asked if there was a fee to join I was told I'd have to come to their office in Philly to meet with the Director, Elisha, and SHE would tell me all the details. RIGHT. My gut reaction is stay as far away from these people as you possibly can.

I opened a chat with an Xfinity rep today to see why my monthly rate for internet service went up…read moreby $30. The rep stated that my internet promo had ended and that was the $30 increase. I requested assistance in lowering my bill/decreasing service and the rep said that they could not help me because my service is under a "bulk account" and that I needed to call their bulk services team at 1-800-856-2374. I called and spoke with Levi who yawned and then cut me off while I was explaining my issue. He put me on hold for (5) minutes and came back to tell me that I get 1 GB of free internet service, 2 years of free premium television and a free mobile line because I am under a bulk account. I asked him how long I have had this free service and he said since April 2026. Now I have a bigger issue, Xfinity has been billing me for $66.80/mo. I explained that Xfinity has been calling, texting and emailing every month for me to pay my bill. Not once has anyone mentioned a bulk account. I requested a refund for the (5) months I've been paying for free service. He said that no one gets a refund, refused to get a manager and said he was warning me that he would disconnect the call because I was questioning him about my services. He then told me I needed to sign a 'contract' of sorts that stated I would be responsible for all of the service and equipment. He said the contract was "in case you increase your services" but that is not what the contract said. The contract said I was responsible for all equipment and services. I don't even know why I would need to sign if the contract is with my apartment complex. He said I could not have the free service without signing. I reluctantly signed and stated that I did not completely understand or feel comfortable signing the form (I wanted that on the recorded call). He kept saying he was processing my "order" and to continue to hold while he processed my "order". When I said that I didn't place an order and asked why he keeps calling it that, he just read the contract to me and said "did I make myself clear?" I started that the contract didn't sound right, he got very frustrated and said he was canceling my service and he disconnected the call. I believe this is fraudulent double billing and needs to be investigated. Please make sure you read your contracts people. If you don't feel comfortable with something ask for a manager. And do NOT sign up for autopay. I used to work for TW Cable and autopay "glitched" on the regular and double payments were taken out of peoples accounts frequently. They would refund but you wouldn't get it for 7-10 business days. Always check your statements and question EVERYTHING. It's your right.

You have to work pretty hard at getting a cumulative 1-star rating after hundreds of reviews, but…read moreComcast, you did it!! Way to be a winner! Allow me to be yet another voice of agreement with the dismal reviews here, and add my $0.02 about my latest experience with this abysmal organization. My partner and I recently called Xfinity (Comcast) to renegotiate our monthly Internet rate, because we were paying a mint for Internet that was always running slow. Xfinity lowered our monthly rate, and upgraded us to 1 gig Internet speeds. Great, right!? Yeah that's what we thought too. But immediately after the 'upgrade', our Internet started running slower than ever. Like dial-up slow. We can barely get any work done on our computers because of the incredibly poor speed. We called Xfinity for help, went through the entire trouble-shooting dog-and-pony show, only to have the rep tell us that everything looks fine on their end, but they will send a tech out. The tech arrives, and says everything looks fine. My partner and I run speed tests on both our computers and both our phones, and show the tech the results. The results show that all four of our devices (two laptops and two phones) are operating on 200-300 mbps, nowhere near the 1 gig speed we supposedly have. We repeated the tests on different testing sites, same results. Despite irrefutable evidence to the contrary, Mr. Tech keeps telling us everything is working fine, and the problem must be with our devices. All four of them. This dude is either crazy, or has a doctorate in gaslighting. The tech replaces our modem, but there is no improvement in speed. He then tries a bigger modem, meant for a far larger area than my apartment. Still no improvement, in fact, some devices are running even slower. I ask the tech to please switch back to the previous modem he installed, but he argues with us that the bigger one is superior (insert joke here). I explain for the umpteenth time that our devices are still running at slow speeds, and that I don't want stronger wi-fi waves in my home (it's already detrimental to health) unless it's going to translate into significantly improved speeds, which it's obviously not. After repeating my request multiple times, he finally switches the modem back. He keeps telling us we are getting 1 gig on our modem, and it is working fine. I understand the modem itself may be getting 1 gig, Mr. Man, but that speed is not being relayed to our devices! The modem speed is irrelevant if all our devices are still running at a snail's pace. And after all that aggravation, we are still at square one with our Internet problem, with no resolution in sight. At times our Internet speed is now falling to well bellow 100 mbps. Basically unusable. Oh and in researching our problem, we came to see on Xfinity's own forums that numerous customers are reporting the exact same problems after being 'upgraded' to 1G. Clearly ours is not an isolated issue. Yet Comcast just gaslights us without working on any type of solution. This is just the latest incident in a long line of issues with this company since they established a monopoly in my area. How is it even legal to sell an internet service but provide nothing close to the advertised speed? That's fraud. Why doesn't the government intervene? Well we all know the answer to that question. Thankfully with Sonic now available in Alameda, we will be talking with them about making a switch. Thanks for yet another terrible experience, Comcast. You're nothing if not consistent.

I told the guys where the conduit should go, and even though my Spanish isn't good, they followed my directions. Two days later, the installation guy arrived during the scheduled installation window. I had already routed conduit inside of my house, so it was an easy install, and we used my router. Three days later 811 showed up and spray painted my property; was glad the conduit guys didn't cut through buried utilities 5 days prior. Apparently only one of three of the tasks went to plan. Part of the pricing deal was that I had to sign up for the Verizon Visa card. I did that online and set up the mandatory auto payment. Couple days later my wireless bill was automatically paid by the Visa card, and a couple days after that I started to get all kinds of system generated emails that my Verizon auto pay had failed. I got a cryptic email from the bank that the auto payment was declined so I went online to the bank and they had no record of any payment being declined. I then called the bank and basically was tortured by the AI assistant that did nothing more than waste my time next I contacted Verizon FiOS. They said everything was fine. Days later more emails auto payment could not be completed. Payment was due so I went online and I manually paid following the FiOS link sent me. That sent me to the Wireless payment program and my payment was posted to the Wireless account (after triple checking this I was not able to pay directly to FiOS on the Verizon website using the Fios make payment button) Days after more system generated emails and more time online and more time trying to get through the useless AI assistant on the phone I finally spoke to a person and explain the situation. They said they would transfer the payment from Wireless to FiOS and there should be no further problem. 10 days later more system generated email. My account was overdue. They would shut off my service. I went back online. saw the payment still sitting on my Wireless account and called FiOS ...fought the AI assistant eventually got a hold of a human. This guy sounded like he could only talk about the Fios part of my "Verizon One" account. Explained to him what happened. He said I need to contact the bank. I told him I'd already contacted the bank. On hold, he did a little more research. On and off hold (one hour and six minutes) later the he says the Verizon card from Visa on my account had an entirely different card number and expiration date than the one the bank issued me. I told him that that was a system generated mistake as I had never entered a credit card or expiration date WHEN AUTOMATICALLY CREATING MY ACCOUNT ON THEIR WEBSITE...THEIR SYSTEM HAD A BUG THAT THEY NEED TO INVESTIGATE since it had nothing to do with me and it could be happening to other customers. he said he talked to his manager (now at about an hour and 20 on the phone) and hadn't heard of this happening before. DID YOU CREATE A SYSTEM REMEDY TICKET? Says I. UUUH says he. I feel like I'm teaching a pig to sing. I'm wasting my time and annoying the pig. I then said you guys need to credit my account for this service mishap. more time on hold. they credited the first month service and manually entered my correct Verizon credit card. Then asked me if I would like to be transferred to Wireless to see what was happening with that payment transfer that I asked for 10 days ago. I told him I was exhausted and had to get back to work. Later in the day went online and saw the manual payment was still on the Wireless account and that I was still overdue on the Fios "one account" so I went ahead and I made another payment hoping that this time it would credit the proper account. I feel like I knew more than the Verizon reps did about their own system and that trying to explain to them what they need to do to fix it was falling on deaf ears. I did not sign up to spend over four hours of my personal time fixing their junk website and I still don't know whether or not this next billing cycle will go smoothly. FFS verizon!
