I had the pleasure of working with Jason B. at the Waterloo location. I was attempting to assist a client determine her social security options upon retirement. She recently lost her husband and we were unable to locate her survivor benefit online. We then called the SS hotline and were informed it was a 70 minute wait. Thankfully, we decided to reach out to our local office and Jason was available and eager to serve. Not only was he able to inform us of the benefit amount, but went the extra step in assisting with her SS enrollment along with Medicare. I was very impressed with Jason's commitment to service.
