We had you to our home for an estimate for roof repair/replacement due to a hail storm. We didn't get beyond the person (Daniel) estimate. He started by down grading the insurance adjuster and the company who gave us a quote before him. We thought that was very unprofessional. He seemed like he was trying to pressure us to make a decision right then. When he was droning on about financing my wife as well as myself told him we didn't need to discuss this at that time he continued on as if it didn't matter what we said. All we needed was an estimate at that time. He said he really couldn't without talking to us in person. When we cancelled the appointment about the estimate he all of sudden could get an estimate together and email one. This one person is keeping us away from knowing if this is a decent business or not. We are done. read more

Seamless Exterior - Gutter Services Near Me - Cedar Falls, Iowa

Had gutters and snow guards installed. Guards had sticky pads on them. Four year warranty. First year they started to fall off. I reported this to Seamless Exterior and they came over and said that now the company gives them industrial adhesive to install them. It was less effective than the sticky pads. I asked them if they had this problem with any other customers.They said no. Having worked in construction, I found that hard to believe. At this point I can't remember if they have been here more than once to replace guards, but with the product they applied, they should have come over on a monthly basis to check on them. Since they came and installed some new guards, (not all new guards, and knowing their was probably a problem with their product, I would think the warranty would be extended another four years. A brand new product had been installed. Which would mean, I should still have a couple of more years of warranty.) When the guards fall off, they clog the downspouts making them ineffective. When it rained I watched the water roll right over the edge of the gutters. Checked the downspouts at the ground. Not a drop. This spring, (2017), (Still under original four year warranty, and after a lot of new installation, which should add new warranty period) I contacted them and expressed my disappointment that this was still a problem four years later. They said that they would install snow bars which would be physically attached to the roof. They indicated it would be several weeks before they could attend to it. I indicated that wouldn't be a problem. I returned from a lengthy trip in November, and found they had done virtually nothing. No attempt to contact me, by phone or mail. I left a nasty phone message indicating my dissatisfaction with their service and left my phone number and address. I received no response. It is now December 16, 2017, over four years since installation. I have two systems from Seamless Exteriors that are 100% ineffective. Have been since installation, with four year warranty. They have shown no regard for customer satisfaction in this case, and that their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. At this point what I would like to do to remedy the situation is this: 1. 100% refund for bogus product and installation. 2. Seamless Exterior remove all gutters, downspouts, and snow guards. I don't need them filling completely with ice and damaging my home, expanding, or dropping. 3. Patch the holes left from mounting apparatus. 4, Repair siding where damaged by mounting apparatus and downspouts. This company was well aware of a faulty product, well aware the gutters were clogged with snow guards, and not functioning, and made no effort to remedy this situation, even after telling me their solution to remedy such situation. The review should have a negative star. This situation is not even worth the one I gave it.. I have saved this review to turn over to my attorney. Photo's a few days old. read more
