Started by spending 10+ minutes on the phone (my choice) to talk to someone to figure out the process and steps needed to be taken. Got what I needed to be done real quick online and then made my way here to finish the process. 10:30am Monday morning I figured it would busy and I was correct. Stood behind someone line who had bad body odor, so please do yourself a solid and clean up before you come. Line was all the way to the door, maybe took 25 minutes to get to the counter and another 3 minutes to cancel the plates. Overall I was pleased with the service and my experience. The security guard and lady directing people where to go could have been more pleasant when I walked out after thanking them and wishing them a good day.

Kennedy memorial plaza was funded by the parishioners of the Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church in Holyoke and the memorial is located on front of the church. The memorial consists of a granite base and a bust of a youthful Kennedy. There are granite slabs flanking the memorial with quotes from his inaugural address and book "Profiles in Courage". Behind the memorial are granite blocks engraved with the names of recipients of the JFK award and the Grand Marshals of the St. Patrick's Day parade. The Holyoke post office holds my mail against me. My payment was not due until today. And all month…read morelong they would lock my mail box. So I had no choice but to stand in line for an hour or more just so they would unlock it. I ordered a new card from my bank due to theft. And it was not until two months later they put all five cards that I had to continue to ask to be reordered in my box the same exact day....there's no way each card was ordered a week or two apart from one another and all got there the same day... They sent my mail to my new address instead of holding it like they should have. And I have been waiting on a paycheck for an exact month; my employer said the checks already went out. The first check for this employer was the mail that got sent to my apartment instead of held at my P.O. Box and this second check is no where to be found. This place has behaved so sketchy for a place that was suppose to keep my mail safe from being stolen.

Also, 12/30/2023, I was there for mailing an international package. I was charged for $98 something…read morefor a $17 USPS paper-box, and insurance for up to $200 (it's value marked as $150 mail). On the receipt, there's no such thing like: how much was the charge for the insurance. If $98-$17=$81 is the insurance charge for up to $200, that could be too expensive. Even worse, the value is marked as $150, while I would have to pay extra $50 like "air" because this $50 wasn't inside my package. The clerk was a senior lady. She's nice obviously with her smile. However, she seems was not familiar with her work, which could be the reason that this happened to my package. Did I get overcharged for mailing that package??
