I know folks complain about having to go to the RMV. It's the first week of the month... almost all…read morethe parking spots are taken. I thought...uh oh. Walked in to see a giant wall of a security guard (6'6" guessing) in front of me. He inquired of my visit. I was renewing the registration on my utility trailer. He asked if I had my license, of course. Then gave me a ticket for standing in line. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I love this registry for the speed and the fact that most of the people here are fabulous. I also found out a few weeks ago that I had been over paying for this trailer because it was listed at the incorrect weight. I thought I'd have to go through all kinds of hoops to get it fixed. The gracious RMV worker had it done in a moment for me. And said that she was sorry that I had been over paying for the last 6 years. Yep, at least it's done now.!!!

HUGE WASTE OF TIME DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION. GO…read moreSOMEWHERE ELSE IF POSSIBLE. Needed to register a vehicle and there was no openings due to pandemic at any other location. Website says drop off registrations have a faster turn around and as this was closest to my location, I dropped off the needed forms on Friday. A week goes by and I hear NOTHING back. I called, was on hold for an hour and then told to email them. I emailed them, they requested my info, sent it over and then heard nothing back. Now a week and a half has gone by. Called again. Hold for two hours. Told to go to the location. Once there I was told I missed a form and that they tried to call me the same day as drop off (checked call log and had no missed calls from them, also they had my email on my file but didn't inform me at all of a missing form). Brought back the needed form. Waited another two days and finally got a confirmation, only to be told on arrival that I need to bring in ANOTHER FORM (which the email I received does not mention). A WASTE OF TIME. I understand infrastructure is struggling with the pandemic but we're a year in. While the RMV seemed outdated before, this is just a disgrace.
