I began working with her 2 months ago. She comes to my house 2 days a week and works me thoroughly, but also stretches me out at the end. I dread the days she comes, but look forward to how great I feel afterward. And I've lost almost 10 pounds. More that all that, though, I was in constant pain before I started working with her, and I rarely have pain now. If you're looking for a trainer that comes to your house (a big perk), you have to give Josy a try. You won't be sorry!

Christy is very knowledgeable and has helped me learn so much. Thanks to Christy, I'm able to go into a gym comfortably and work out next to those "gym rats". I went around 5pm on a Wednesday and although it was peak gym hours, the facility was packed with members but didn't feel crowded at all. Initially, the team member at the desk did not ask me if I needed help so I had to stand around for a bit. She seemed new and unsure what to do with someone like myself, looking to try a new gym and just wanting more info. Eventually another, more experienced team member gave me tour of the facility and I loved all the areas available to workout, the sauna, the recovery area, and how clean the entire gym was. As packed as the gym was, she also greeted multiple members by name, which I thought was really nice. I am excited to continue my 7 day trial at Chuze, but my initial thoughts are overwhelmingly positive!

I started coming to F45 Deerwood this year after having been to a few different locations…read more(Jacksonville, Nashville, Orlando) and it's pretty solid. It's not been my favorite studio overall, but they offer convenient times for classes and the workouts are always great, even if the classes aren't full or super high energy. The two coaches I've had have been friendly and do a great job during classes to help correct your form or keep you on track. The space is plenty large and I've never felt overwhelmed with trying to fit in with the other members or all of the equipment, Overall, I'd stick with a 4/5.

I just finished up a free week trial at F45 Training Deerwood and I am super happy that I decided…read moreto check it out. There are so many positives so let me start with the fact that you can sign up for a free, no strings attached trial. I downloaded an app, logged in, and whenever I wanted to attend a class I checked the days schedule and booked it. The app doesn't tell you how full a class is, but the website does. I did five classes all week and I think the hardest class was Wednesdays Docklands. I was sore all over and drenched. The classes switch focus from day to day. Some days you are working on more strength based exercises, some days you are shooting for a high heart rate, and some days they mix the two. All the classes in every F45 worldwide is the same on any given day and they change the classes every 10 weeks. You won't be stuck or bored doing the same thing week to week. The owner Chris is very nice and personable. The coaches are fit and illustrate good form when they run through their exercises at the beginning of each class. They encourage you when you are huffing and puffing. They will correct you when you are doing something wrong so you don't hurt yourself, which is super important. They are also just nice and positive. They motivate each person in class to strive for their best. That may be the number one best thing I can say about F45. If you are shooting to shred some fat and gain some muscle F45 is a place where you can make that happen. If you can eat healthy to go along with consistent visits you will be looking different in a few months. I purposefully went the whole week before I asked about membership. I really wanted to get a feel for the gym without thinking is this expensive or worth it. Prices vary based on how much you visit, which is to be expected. It is about eight times more expensive than my current gym, but twenty times better. If you can afford it and take advantage of what you pay for then you won't regret it. I can totally see the coaches encouraging you to come in or not miss a day, so you hit your goals. F45 is new so everything inside still has a nice new look and feel. If you are used to doing your own thing at a box gym, this experience is different, but not bad. Classes last about 45 min with one class a week going a full 60 minutes. No more wasting two hours at a gym slowly going between exercises and hearing bro's grunt as they try and out peacock each other. In all honesty you will mostly zone everyone out during your workouts here as you will be working too hard. I am not sure yet if I will join, although I loved my experience, but you should definitely take a look for yourself. I had a great week and you will too.

The man that helped me out with my demo was super enthusiastic and pumped to tell me all about Body20. Basically, it is a suit you put on with different points all over your body that provide electrical contractions while you work out a simple routine. There are no weights involved, only your body and the suit. When he turned on the suit and raised the pressure, it was a vibration, almost an electrical current pulsing on my arms, since we were focusing on an arm routine. You have 8 seconds on, 8 seconds off, and the whole routine lasts about 20 minutes, alternating between biceps, triceps, and laterals. It seemed pretty easy to me, but afterwards my arms felt sore like I had worked out at the gym! The pricing for the popular package is around $225/month with no monthly contract, or you can do a monthly contract. Right now if you invite four people to join, your membership fee gets waived. Their new space is going to be opening next to Salsas, and they are excited to offer an alternative option to the gym in the area. If you are as curious as I was, set up a free demo and check them out.
