I am loving My Gym!! Yes please help wear out my little 3 year old who has an unlimited supply of energy! You join the gym on a monthly basis, bunch of different plans based on how long you join for. Prices get better the longer you commit too! You get to go to 2 classes a week then they have open gym play times you can come to any of those. The classes are 1 hr long and you can drop you kids off! So I can run next door to Aldi and do my grocery shopping while she's in a teacher led class, it's great!! My baby really enjoys the classes too, they do yoga, some tumbling, balance beams, and other stuff, all the teachers seem comfortable with the kids and know most of the kids that come in! The gym is smallish but they reconfigure the room often to make it feel different! Everything is cleaned and sanitized daily and in good working order. We live in South Florida and signed up for a week of fun here. This my gym is superior to the one by our house. Everything is set up differently through the week. And the coaches are far from monotone, they are passionate and knowledgeable on how to interact with the children. I really wish my gym would play Christian music and teach children Jesus loves them. It's an idea I have for a future business for children. I do know it wouldn't target all the audiences but Jesus is the only way. Overall this is the best my gym I have ever been to. read more

Not only are the coaches super energetic but they are more than helpful for you to manage littles when there siblings are participating. My favorite part is what I like to call the Coach Lex special. She makes sure that you are well taken care off to ensure you can cheer your child to there best potential. Coach Lex is able to be a support instructor/DJ when ever needed. She is truly the best example of what all of the coaches are going to bring for your 50 minute session. read more

Do not recommend if you plan on missing any classes. They have size to flexibility in scheduling make ups unless you want to go twice a week! The staff was much better when we joined. Now it seems most of the girls working either don't like kids, or don't really know how to deal/interact with them. The manager is really nice and good with kids. And the two guys that work there are great with the kids. Once we got to the 2yr old class, some weeks are great. And then others are spent most of the class forcing your child to sit in a circle/line and participate in some mundane activity. No option to let them skip the circle stuff and play. I take my kid here to burn energy and interact with other kids. Not sit in a circle and put a ring on top of their head for 10 min, or do "warm ups". Circle time in the beginning is fine, but way too long. On those weeks (which seems to be just about every other week) my kid spends more time frustrated and angry that he can't climb and play, than he does learning anything. It's not pre-k, it's supposed to be a "gym". read more

My child has been coming here for more than 2 months now. So far so good, I'm really hoping it'll stay the same for the next year. My son has been loving the open space here and they enjoy all of the coaches, especially coach Noel and Zoey. They're both very sweet and attentive. They allowed unlimited classes for the first month. I've been taking my little one here 2-3 times a week, he's in the Waddlers class since he's 16 months. For the ones younger than 12 months, they have tiny Tykes that offer less activities compare to the older kids. They seem to vacuum and clean up after every class, the place is not too big or small, a decent size for our class, which is usually from 6-10 kids. Most of the coaches there are young but nice and attentive. They do try to get the kids to do different activities each week. My son likes the trampoline and ball pit. He's too small climb the wall, but I could do pretty much everything else there. I like their separation time where the kids get to play with each other and toys without the parents. I do wish it lasts longer than 4-5 minutes though, it goes by too quickly. I haven't been to the open gym yet but after the 1st month, we will only able to go once a week for the class. They also reward 1 month unlimited class if you refer a friend to them, so that's a bonus. I'll update if there's any changes in the future. read more

I am so happy I found this children's gym for my son. We have been going every week for over a month now and my 8 month old loves it. It is super clean and organized. Not too many toys are in the floor at one time so the babies don't get overstimulated. I love how they cycle new skills to learn each week. Every class they bring out the swings and it's our favorite part. The staff is very friendly and takes part in remembering each child's name. The only thing that I don't like too much is the "parent-free" time. For 5 minutes they ask all the parents to go out of the play area (all of the children are still in view) and it's supposed to help them with separating. It just leads to all the babies crying. The staff does a good job most of the time picking up the crying kids but I just think it's unnecessary to include that part. I don't want my child thinking i'm not going to come help them if they're crying. read more

We've been MyGym members since October of 2019 and have loved every minute of it. The staff are wonderful, super hands on and interactive with all the kiddos. We prefer the structured class but the free play times are awesome too if your little one just needs to get some energy out. With Covid some things changed (no more ball pit :( ) but there is still plenty to do. The only issue that some may run into is that they do not offer refunds, like AT ALL. They are very flexible with freezing your account for specific situations and scheduling make up classes but getting your money back in almost any situation doesn't seem like an option. My son has been going here since a couple of months (he started when he was 13 months) and he really likes it. We like that our son gets to exercise (while having fun) and explore himself. He learns to jump, swing, climb, and things like that in a safe environment. My Gym break up the classes into different age groups and times. Classes are an hour long each time. Some days it could be a bit crowded, but it is not too bad on most days. The coaches are friendly and playful, and seem to genuinely enjoy being around the little ones. Membership is automatically due on a monthly basis. So if you want to cancel, make sure to call it in. Your child gets 1 scheduled class per week, but there are days where you can take them in for open gym. read more

Would give more stars if I could. Love, love this place for our daughter. Started with a free class after learning they regularly visit her daycare and then booked her birthday here. We received so many comments from parents who loved her party and were amazed at how the coaches kept the kids moving. One of the parents commented they had been to other My Gym in Georgia and said the coaches here at Mandarin were amazing in comparison. They came to my son's daycare to introduce their business that is full of fun and excitement! They called me up for my son to try a free try out and he was shy but he also loved it! The staff had great attitudes, very patient and also didn't tolerate bad behavior from the get go! I thought that was fantastic! It can be very chaotic with the parents section and having other children wanting to join the group out where all the awesome obstacles and toys are at. I bring something with me to the session to entertain myself but its fun to see the kids feel like they are accomplishing big things! read more

My daughter loved going to this place when she was a toddler. There is so much fun things for them to do that stimulate their minds, grasping, strengthening their muscles, and so much more. They make it very interactive for the parents as well, taking part in helping your child to learn, grow, and exercise those little bodies all while having a blast and bonding moments with their parents and caregivers! Their prices can seem high, but they often have specials, and even without the benefits that they give both in the actual experience and the memories to come are well worth the money. I went to my gym location in Orlando for the birthday party of a friend of mine's toddler. The hosts were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to keep the kids entertained every minute that they were there. I honestly have no idea how they had that much energy. There was something there for every child no matter how comfortable they were playing with others or with the equipment. I brought my 9 month in for our free trial class and she absolutely loved it! The staff was very friendly, energetic and did a great job of running the class. The hour flew by and my daughter was engaged and active the whole time. The missing star is because there is WAY too much pressure to sign up. We went with the intention of signing up so it was fine but the high pressure and changes in price for not signing up on the spot are tacky and obnoxious. As well as their spiel and the way they make it seem like they're cutting you a deal offering you anything but the full plan that's on the handoiBut I guess that's why they are as successful as they are. read more

Total scam!! Watch ou!! They make it really hard to leave the membership. Make sure you know what you are getting into. We paid for 6 months package in advance and only used the gym a hand full of times, as my daughter couldn't enjoy it for being AUTISTIC (to many kids for the space). I explained this to them after the FIRST class, they would not refund us nor they said we had to sign anything to resign the membership. I just got charge again and they said they need a 30 day notice in person when we moved to another city or a certified letter, so we will get charge one more time. 8 months total and we only used the gym about 5 times. If you are an adult looking to shed some weight or tone up that beach body of yours, leave the spandex at home. This gym is strictly for the kiddos. The premise of My Gym is simple. Parents take their little ones here to engage in an hour worth of exercise with children in their age range while trained coaches facilitate games and physical activity while listening to a smooth mix of kidz bop type music. In other words, take your kids here and they'll tire themselves out and have a great nights sleep. We enrolled our 2 year old here a few years back and we found that besides the exercise benefits, it aided in social and cognitive skills development. Just like an adult gym, participation required a monthly membership that guaranteed you 1 structured session a week with various open dates and evenings that the children could attend. The play area is spacious and is designed with your kids fun and more importantly, safety in mind. The coaches that taught our child were enthusiastic and encouraging instructors. Our membership ended when we decided to graduate him to Saturday soccer, but a recent classmate birthday party brought us back and rekindled the memories. This place looks like a lot of fun for me! The staff is very friendly and comfortable around children of all ages. It's very clean and the equipment all looks state of the art and brand new. Although they can be a little bit hard sell, it isn't insurmountable.. especially if you make it known that you don't do well with that type of sales technique. Sadly, the colors and activities were too much stimulation for my little princess. She was so distraught. Her eyebrows were moving all over her face, up down, frowning, I thought they would jump off her face and run across the mat into my lap. She even cried real tears... She was in the class with Dad, so it wasn't that she wanted me (daddy's girl to the max) she just wanted out. There were other kids there her age who were having the time of their life, so please do not attribute my daughters reaction to something being wrong with their program. If we could either pay individually for any class we attend or if we could buy a block of classes and used them as you please maybe we would keep going...but the way they structure their classes and pricing is ridiculous. If you work then you are restricted to weekends only and missed classes have to be made up within two weeks, which is not realistic if only weekends work for you. I am totally loving this place for my daughter Emma. She had so much fun at her trial class that we ended up signing up for it that same day and I typically don't sign up for things the same day I try them out. At first I wasn't sure what to expect for a gym for kids but they really do keep the kids attention. The coaches reel the kids in when they get up and start running around and they get them all to participate. This place is more than just a gym, it will teach your children discipline with waiting their turns and following directions. It also teaches them social skills because they have to interact with their kids. The gym has a very good "no sick child" policy which is awesome. Everyday the gym is rearranged differently to change things up. The coaches are super friendly and the gym is clean. I would totally recommend this location. Worth checking out! read more

We met the owner at RAM, and he was so engaging that we immediately made plans for a drop in session the following week. We were given detailed instructions for our trial session and welcomed into a clean, well-maintained gym. The staff at the gym is incredible. They all seem to be in their teens or college age, and they are so focused and energetic. Coach Lex was thorough in explaining the memberships and policies (including rescheduling if we were out of town or sick, fees, cancellations and regular gym rules) and I feel that the staff is transparent with us about their expectations. My Gym has age appropriate games and activities and our daughter has a blast- but the employees really make a huge difference here. It's been a great experience so far. read more

We signed up a few months ago and though we initially loved it it has now become boring. We are bored as parents and we can definitely tell that our young daughter is bored. It's the same thing week after week. No excitement just a routine. There's equipment not being used at times just left around the gym that I feel kids can get hurt on. One class was so jam packed with kids and parents I could tell kids were uncomfortable moving around and playing. We are really considering cancelling our membership and going to a different gym for a change if something doesn't change. I recently had my daughter's 2nd birthday at this My Gym, and man was I blown away! The staff is so organized and energetic. It was amazing that they truly took control of just about every aspect, and all I had to do was enjoy the party with my daughter. Every child and parent told me that it was one of the best children's birthday parties they'd every attended, and I have to agree with them. My two year old and I really love this place! We recently moved here from California, and have been so impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities, the professionalism of the coaches, and the amount of relevant skills he's begun to learn. My son is more "spirited" then some of the other kids, but this does not daunt the coaches at all, and they have been so nice about helping me reel him in at times (At the moment I am pregnant and not particularly spry). Every time we have to schedule a make up (when he's ill or when we've been out of town), they have been so courteous. I would recommend this place to any parent of young kids! Ironic that most of the reviews since 2021 are very poor and all relating back to flexibility, customer service, and gym policies. Be VERY careful when signing up, they are deceptive with pricing information based (obviously keeping it confusing for a reason, it will change and of course be your fault for not understanding why)- you will continue getting billed even after cancelling- not because your access continues and they want to continue providing a service but because they use their "policies" to get more money. If you ask to cancel and staff offers rescheduling or states that you can after reschedules- it's wrong- get your cancellation paperwork and turn it in immediately. If they say youre all set and won't be charged again, know that you will not be able to stand on this promise and management will not uphold. The classes are fun for kids but sometimes 20+ minutes of the class youre paying for; your child spends sitting in line or being moved to timeout for not sitting still. After our experience, I would NEVER recommend this place. read more

My card has been charged every single month even though I've done everything they have asked me to do to cancel my membership. They're a company with a terrible cancellation policy.
