This lack of support and favoritism left me feeling frustrated and abandoned during a challenging time. I cannot in good conscience recommend Teamster Local 166 to others based on my personal experience. If you are seeking a union that will truly advocate for its members and prioritize fairness and integrity, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This particular local needs to be shutdown on the fact how they treat their members. Beware this local is corrupted and has family inside that they favor. Be very careful.

The school approved a 90-day leave agreement. However, around day 82, before the agreed period ended, the school contacted me and informed me that my program was being shut down. They also stated that I would not receive my certificates and that I would still be responsible for outstanding fees and payments, despite the program being discontinued before I could complete it. I would not recommend this school. As a nonprofit organization, they often experience delays in receiving materials, sometimes taking two to three months. The staff's communication with students is unprofessional, and they do not provide meaningful assistance with job placement after completion. I would expect some form of understanding or even a tid bit of compassion as they do not know me or why I am in need of this class. Or even, at least fake the friendliness as this is your job. They lie about a lot and once you call them out on it they will tell you that they're going to file a claim that you are harassing them when in fact all you want is to get your papers sent in to state board in a timely manner. Please do your research and don't go with the cheapest easiest looking school. They will jerk you around and lie about everything.
