The only issue that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is the fact that their financial aid representatives are a nightmare to get into contact with. I used my GI Bill to go to school, and for some reason they just forgot to submit my enrollment to the VA for two whole months. I had to talk to three people just to get in contact with the department head and remind them to submit the paperwork so I could get my housing allowance for the month and pay my rent. 1/5 experience on that end.

When I was ready to obtain my CADC, my instructor at Healthstaff, Miguel Palos, went above and beyond to support me. He provided exam review sessions, guidance on study materials, and insight into what to expect on test day. Thanks to his support, I passed my exam with confidence and without anxiety.
