Randy is all about business. If he doesn't have it he will…read moreget it. without that typical bs about 10 days etc. that the dealer's here in town pull Randy makes sure customer service is in the forefront. I don't understand how giving customers the best service possible isn't industry wide. Unlike going to any of the harley dealers in town.Randy will take care of you. great service fair price and innovative designs. Thx Randy

Randy is the worst mechanic I have dealt with in my life and extremely unprofessional (And I think…read morehe is the owner). I took my Big Dog motorcycle in last year to have carb work done and an oil leak fixed. He did the carburetor but when I went to pick up the bike I noticed an oil puddle under it. When I asked about the oil leak he said "its probably a primary cover bolt that went too far through and is leaking in the back, just put some thing in there to plug it up". I told him "no, i brought it in for you to fix the oil leak. can you please take it back and fix it?" After fixing the oil leak my bike had electrical issues and wouldnt start. Unfortunately I had to have him fix that too. 3 Jobs done, zero calls upon completion. I had to call him sporadically to get a condescending "were still workin on it" then when its ready and call I get a "its been ready for almost a week now" resulting in my bike being at the shop for over a month. When I finally got the bike back there were over 10 new scratches on my tailpipes, engine, and forks. Randy denied any involvement. After bringing the bike in and showing him the multitude of scratches I got him to agree to detail my bike so a potential buyer might not see the scratches as well. He said he was too busy to do it this week and would call me. To my surprise i never got a call

I worked with Sales Person Javier D. and Manager Amy J…read more Javier and I talked about my future bike and pricing over the phone, but I knew that real negotiations occur on the sales floor. Javier had the right bike at a great price (I shopped all over). It was a cash deal, so everything went smoothly and seamless. No surprises. Saw the bike, made the deal. The next day I rode it home.

Look up the definition of blithering idiot and you'll see pictures of the two clowns that work in…read morethe parts department. I've given them 3 tries (for three different BASIC orders) and I'll never go here again. Preface this review by saying I called in and they confirmed they have a non model specific part in stock. Very basic stuff! First time I called in for an oil drain plug. Give Cleetus my year, model and he said they got em in stock. I drove 40 minutes one way, guess what? No parts, but he offered to help me Frankenstein one from Home Depot. Guess he didn't know there's a magnet on the plug so I leave empty handed. Second time I called in asking for the rubber squishy mounts for a motorcycle windscreen. Not model specific but he says they have something that'll work. Same old BS, I waste 80 minutes on a roundtrip to find his uneducated moron trainee who's useless. I leave and buy elsewhere. Third strike is today. I call in again and give Manufacturer/model/year for a plastic fairing bolt. These ARE NOT MANUFACTURER OR MODEL SPECIFIC! Dude says yeah we got them in. Same old BS but now gas is $6/ gallon so the trip cost me $20. I get there and Dipshit McGee says the guy I talked to is out on a break for a few hours, he doesn't have the part and doesn't know how to order it. So in these dumb MFers think I'm supposed to hang out in the parking lot for a couple hours until someone that knows their ass from a hole in the ground comes back? I was looking for a plastic push bolt for a 2017 Yamaha tenere. Yah know where I found one? My wrecked 2004 Suzuki gsxr. These plugs are universal and parts store moron said he doesn't know what it is? This place pays for the youngest, dumbest folks they can find. Really sad. Imagine going to Home Depot with a 3 inch screw and the guy asks who you talked to that said they're in stock?! That's how dumb these guys are. Amazingly stupid and useless.

Mark is an motorcycle magician! I've been coming to DMC for almost 2 years, found him through Yelp…read more& I wouldn't trust my bikes anywhere else!! Every time I stop by the shop he treats me like a friend. He's getting super busy these days but he always takes the time to explain any problems & describe his work. I'm a new rider but on my second motorcycle. I started with an old Susuki savage that had been sitting for years, he tuned it up, got it running smoothly, & solved my nagging dead battery issues. It took some trouble shooting but apparently the starter / single cylinder 650cc can pretty hard on batteries (despite being on a trickle charger). I needed an upgrade to a super tough battery - Mark was hesitant because the cost was higher but it was really necessary to solve the problem, haven't had an issue since. When I upgraded to a 1989 Yamaha Virago 1100 (with only 6K miles on it!) I took it straight to Mark for a tune up. Obviously this bike has spent most of its life in storage. He flushed the fluids out of all the systems & spent hours getting nearly solid gunk out of her arteries. All the build up was causing the engine to idle & rev at variable RMPs. After a week or so I brought her back in to see why it was difficult to handle at low speeds (in 1st gear keeps wanting to die & required a lot of throttle) I thought I was just a wimpy new rider but Mark make adjustments to the engine to choke it back a bit & worked on the clutch so it was easier for my small hands work the engaging point. His efforts have really improved my ride! It's so much easier to handle & still have tons of power. Thanks Mark!!

When I can't do the work myself they have great prices and fast service. They let me know that I had a pretty worn dirt bike tire and offered a used one from one of their race bikes that was in better condition for free. Couldn't ask for better service. You can see the shop from outside and it's very clean and organized with nice equipment. These guys really care about what they do and they do a great job.
