I bought this to her attention and she told me to go somewhere else and she refused to show me a reading of the volts and amps. I went to another shop out of my way and they gave great service and a better price and they showed me the full reading of the Volts and amps. Don't waste your time here or money rude staff!

Any quote they give you will be a 70 to 80 percent up charge from going anywhere else and their work is not good at all. Whatever they fix or change will go out or break again and they will say its under warranty all to diagnose it to be something else so you can pay more to get your money. I then started to look for shops to take my car in for a "rebuild" and I came across them and they were very friendly over yelp messaging. I was also posting in MB forums for possible help and thoughts because I was stressing so much over my car and what you know. Eru who works at MSB reached out to me on fb and offered to diagnose my car for free. Mind you he didn't know I reached out to the shop prior. I called the number he gave me and what a coincidence it was MSB it was like a sign from god to go to them and it was. Eru diagnosed my car and he was 100% right on his suspicion. I initially called in and spoke to Mike to get a quote and see…read morewhat I needed for my Mercedes C300 brakes and was told to go in person so they can better analyze the situation and tell me in person. I was helped by Shawn and he checked my car and told me I only needed to change my rear brakes only so that made me already trust him bc he wasn't trying to upsale and get me to pay for the front ones when they weren't needed. He also told me that one of my rear rotors needed to be replaced and I knew that was already going to be the case since that was my reason for calling (I was hearing a screeching noise every time I pressed on my brake) and unfortunately if I replace 1 rear rotor, I would need to replace the other. Shawn was able to get the parts for me the same day and both the brakes and rotors were OEM for mercedes. He charged me the original price for all the parts and then added a fair price for the labor. I needed to go back home, and Shawn was nice enough to drive me home (I live about 5 min away) After about 3 hours, my car was ready. When I went back, I was helped by Eddie and he was also very nice! He explained what was done on my car, showed me my old brake pads and rotors and explained how I can keep an eye on it in the future. My car is also due for B service soon and he said they can complete that for $275 when it's time. This is amazing since it's over $900 at the dealership! I will be recommending MSB to all my family that drive mercedes! Mike, Shawn, and Eddie provided amazing customer service with unbeatable prices!
