The biggest one: there was a spot where runoff came off the roof and hit bare dirt, and every rainy season it turned into a muddy mess I had to walk through and track into the house. They installed the gutters so the water actually flows away from that area. First real rain since, and the ground stayed clean. The install itself looks amazing, communication was excellent from the first conversation to the finish, and the pricing was competitive. But the knowledge is what set them apart.
