The space is beautiful, can accommodate approximately 140 with many ways for setting up tables and chairs, creating a comfortable and tailored atmosphere for our family and guests during such a difficult time. Booking and coordinating was easy, the venue itself is really trendy and made a lasting impression to all of our guests. We will always be grateful for the dignity and respect shown throughout the celebration. This venue provided a meaningful and comforting setting to celebrate my mother's life. I would highly recommend it to any family looking for a place that truly understands the importance of these moments.

So yes, we've been planning the birthdays for a year and it was a success! The venue itself is so spacious--fits 100 guests comfortably! We even had a softplay and an 8x8 bounce house. It was great for 2 dozens of kids to run around! There's room for a full balloon backdrop and we had a desserts vendor as well! Countertops were perfect for our drinks and buffet style! See photos! No need for coolers since they have 2 fridges! All amenities made party planning stress-free! We even fit a photobooth! The bathroom was spotless! A baby changing table on-site! Did I mention, the tables and chairs were included?!! Genius! Our party was everything we imagined it to be and more! As for food, we brought some stuff but we also had Grant cater some dishes. Everything was a hit! I can't stress enough how a lot of our guests kept inquiring about the food! Bistek is exceptional! Lechon was cooked to perfection and still had leftovers for takeout! Lumpias were loved as well! Grant was so easy to work with. He answered all questions and concerns. He's very professional. Everyone had a fantastic time! So yes, we'll definitely be booking again for future events and we highly recommend to friends and family!

She made the entire process completely stress free which is not easy to do. The night itself was flawless. Everything flowed effortlessly and the atmosphere she created made my husband feel so celebrated and loved. Watching him take it all in was the best part of the night and that would not have happened without Jamie's attention to detail and heart for what she does. We were thrilled to find a central location for my Dad's 90th birthday party that accommodated our…read more~85 guests. We booked several months in advance and planned to set up at 10:30 am for our 2pm start, so there was no rush or stress. We had no problems with access. However, I received a text the morning of the party that the balloon arch people canceled, but they were working to find a replacement. My sister arrived early to set up but couldn't find any table linens. It was only when I inquired that I was told that that vendor had also canceled. They assured me a backup supplier would be coming. I was also informed that the ice and drinks would be arriving between 1:30-2pm, while my party was supposed to start at 2!! The catered food arrived at 1:30pm as planned, but we couldn't set anything up because there were no linens. Guests started arriving prior to 2 pm, and NOTHING was set up. I asked them to make themselves comfortable at empty tables and handed out water bottles while we scrambled in our dresses! This was the first celebration ever where guests had to decorate their own tables! With everyone's help, we were able to get the party started at 2:45. This is hardly what I envisioned for such a special occasion. It was by far the worst party planning experience I've ever had compared to several company functions I've coordinated for over 400 guests! The floors could really use a deep clean, and the bathroom had an ick factor. Definitely could use help with cleanliness and esthetics. The pictures online are truly misleading. I suggest you have your own contingency plans and prepare for the worst, which is what I experienced, unfortunately. The $100 refund hardly covered the disaster and stress.

Great audio system via TV for guests to enjoy music playlist. There is a patio. Which is a nice bonus. Liked the fact there were two rest rooms for guests! The layout of the venue is fantastic for whatever event you have in mind. This venue is perfect for micro events. Minnie the event manager went above and beyond to ensure my baby shower went well. Especially when my family showed up late to help. She just swopped in and just helped with everything. I was really impressed. Service manger helped me unload everything from my car. Minnie and her team were amazing. They put the T in team work. When booking this venue just let your guests know it's the venue with the yellow roof .

As a business person, I personally feel it was your job to ensure things are handled and ready to go for myself and my vendors to go. (Whether or not the "30 mins" prior to set up was a "courtesy" or not). I was not told the head security was out and a replacement was to be there UNTIL I reached out literally 30 mins before my party start time. I called the person I signed the contract with and she ignored my calls only texting as response. And when told the security was not there NOR inside she proceeded to tell me to check like 3x when I have multiple witnesses SEE him finally WALK UP to the door from OUTSIDE (next door) to unlock the door we needed to enter. & even the night before I was the one whom reached out to see how to go about getting the keys or if someone opening the door cos I didn't know how that worked. Me. I reached out instead of just making me aware - "hey things are good to go for your event someone will meet you tomorrow at this time blah blah" just example. Maybe im being bratty but that was pretty much the only thing that annoyed & stressed me out for my son's FIRST BDAY. Overall poor communication & business on her end. I had to ignore her afterwards to enjoy my party. & a lot of my guest liked this place as well and are considering this space. Again, I WOULD rent this space again. There's a lot to like. I just won't be going through this one person again & maybe book directly through the owner instead or one of his other people under him.
