Jenny and Chris did my intake and made me feel welcome and at home as soon as I met them. Chris is hilarious. Jackson made every outing one to remember and always had a way of connecting the clients. Nicole always had a positive energy that rubbed off on me, and we would bond over music. Thank you Rene for always taking us to AA meetings and the store for a soda or vape! In general I'm so thankful to have come here every single one of the staff mad a huge impact on me whether that be personally or through groups. The facilitators are also incredible, Brian was my personal favorite. Met my Physical Therapist exactly on time. Nicole is more than simply competent. She was completely prepared, having reviewed my physicians recommendations. There was no wasted time. Her evaluation was exacting and thorough. I was very impressed. She explained every step she was about to do and What is was meant to accomplish. I felt immediately safe in capable hands. She is specifically a hand therapist. I was given print out directions to guide me with eggar to do at home, to keep improving , and optionally an online set of directions. Furthermore, she explained various splints that may assist in my healing. She washed hands several times and cleaned equipment as we proceeded. Their equipment appeared very clean and very up to date. In these days of Covid I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility. Everyone is very competent and well trained.

There is a beach house across the street and patients can go to the beach once a day. My son loved this because it gave him a chance to have some normalcy while recovering. When I first admitted my son, I thought for sure that he would do his 28 days and return with struggles still. Thanks to the positive environment and love he has been shown , he chose to stay for another 30 days. Amazing turn around for my son and my family. I went to whatever groups or meetings whenever I felt like it and no one cared. Instead we wandered town with complete freedom. People were using and drinking in the house. Med dispensing does not follow HIPPA. Chris Spencer was more concerned if clients were wearing forbidden baseball hats. Therapy was non existent and dual diagnosis was ignored. I could go on. A complete waste of money, which is all they care about!

I want to leave a review because navigating the medical system can be extremely difficult…read more I've been at this place to treat Anxiety / Depression & learn healthy coping mechanisms through therapy here. I will say this, so far, it's going extremely well. The staff at my house is helpful and caring. They really go out of their way to make the people here feel comfortable & that in itself is truly appreciated, Esp bc I had serious fear and doubt about coming here at all. I've been pleasantly surprised at the level of care by the house staff. In particular.. April, Ivan, Tammy & Sutter have been a huge source of help in my treatment. I can talk to them about anything ( & I have had multiple meltdowns) & always receive a supporting conversation leaving me feeling very positive about the experience regardless of how uncomfortable I may be, feeling my feelings. Theo whom is my case manager is exceptional at his job. He is kind and very resourceful in all the aspects I ask of him. Like helping me with SDI, Doctor appointments and special requests- great listener and easy to talk to which is highly appreciated Brian my therapist is incredible at what he does. He is so well balanced calm and smart! I'm learning great EDMR & DBT Skills which have been a life saving tool in this process. Not using cannabis as a crutch was very difficult at first, I've used this for anxiety for a decade - Brian has truly helped me regulate my intense emotions through great breath work and other tools , Like EDMR Therapy . The counselors are lovely friendly and attentive , I truly have no complaints , I'm extremely committed to my healing so knowing these professionals care is very nice. I can really only speak from the mental health program which has been fantastic for me.. I put in a request to extend my stay because of the positive impact this is having for me. I attribute that to the people who work here completely. This review is from my personal experience. It has been a breath of fresh air for me. If you are struggling I would recommend trying this .
