I explained my triggers and specifically shared how upsetting it was that medical professionals kept speaking only to my husband instead of addressing me directly. Shockingly, the psychiatrist proceeded to do exactly that during the appointment. At one point, after I expressed how overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted I was, I was simply told to "take a nap," which felt incredibly minimizing and insensitive given the seriousness of postpartum mental health. I was also questioned about why I was even there, which came across as judgmental and deeply unprofessional. Postpartum mothers deserve compassion, validation, and proper care -- not to feel ignored or belittled. I truly fear that this kind of treatment could make vulnerable mothers feel worse instead of supported. Unfortunately I didn't even get the women's name that "cared" for me. I left after speaking to her for 5 minutes.

Promised a female provider and none available…read more Promised to scholarship my daughter for a device to help with withdrawal and then changed that and tried to charge 650.00 for the device. Staff are unprofessional. My daughter heard staff make fun of the patients and providers that work for them. Also my daughter asked to see provider and they were not available and had to wait for almost 2 days. When we picked her up after she left, she was in significant withdrawal. Attempted to speak the clinical director with was a very aggressive person and she would not take any responsibility for the way her staff treated my daughter. Her response to my concerns was "your daughter is the problem, not my staff". My daughter also stated they tried to push medication on her (a long-term) injection after she told them she did not want to take it because she wanted to be free of controlled substances. They also refused to discharge her with her previously prescribed medication for a chronic illness and her insurance would not pay again for. I asked around it appears they pay their previous clients to post positive reviews. DO NOT GO HERE.
