Rudy goes out of his way to change dates for me if I have a conflict or house guests. I usually have a team of 4 and they are excellent cleaners and very respectful. I love coming home and seeing something new cleaned depending on the week, ie. all of the shelves in the refrigerator wiped down, the tops of our desks and dressers slightly rearranged because they actually wipe the whole thing clean rather than just dusting around, and what I like most is if I have a special request, they are more than happy to follow through. Five Stars for all of them! So grateful for the company and the wonderful people they employ. Stephanie

I've worked with them regularly so this is not a one off review. The last time we worked with them,…read morethey showed up with three cleaners and only stayed for two hours (Normally, it's four people and they stay for about three) which made our flat rate 100/hour for a terrible job. Not only did they miss some huge obvious spots, but they also knocked our glass shower door off of the rail, making it extremely dangerous, and pulled our shower handle out. We brought these things to the owners attention right away and were "discontinued" as clients. Maybe talk to your staff instead and ask why this is happening, and schedule them properly so they aren't rushed so dangerous or obvious mistakes like this don't happen? Something is off with this business.

We're located in Agoura Hills and had what we thought was a small, harmless leak from our upstairs…read morebathroom. Turns out, it was anything but. That tiny leak turned into a full-on disaster: water damage in the ceiling, mold, ruined flooring, and multiple rounds of finding new moisture deep in the structure. What followed was months of dealing with insurance--and if you've been there, you know how exhausting that can be. That's where Marat from Servpro came in. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely took ownership of the project. But what really stood out was how much he stepped outside the usual contractor role. He helped us communicate with the insurance company, flagged coverage issues, explained what should be included, and kept the process moving when it felt like it had stalled. Honestly, he became part project manager, part insurance whisperer, part therapist. And we can't forget Carlos--his right-hand guy--who handled all the onsite work with incredible attention to detail. He was professional, knowledgeable, and just really easy to have around. The kind of person you feel comfortable having in your home during a stressful situation. The quality of the work itself was top-notch. I've attached some before and after photos that speak for themselves. The space looks better than it did before the damage. If you're dealing with water damage, mold, or anything related, don't hesitate to call Marat and his team. There are so many horror stories out there about companies that upsell or cut corners--Servpro is the exact opposite. They're honest, thorough, and truly care about the people they're helping. Great value!!
