I've been using them for the last 3 years. https://www.larrysautocarrepairshop.com/ I was told by a BMW store that I needed repairs regarding oil leaks and seals. Thank goodness I moved my car to Larry's for them to investigate. Gabriel just called me. He said they thoroughly examined my car and can not find any leaks. He said if anything, in 6-9 months or so, I probably will need brake pads but certainly not now. I just picked up my car and they didn't charge me a penny. Both Gabriel and Gary at Larry's Auto Service Center are honest, reliable and offer fair pricing.

They're so nice and easy to deal with, I kept asking myself if this was some sort of scam My repair could not have been easier. They were easy to work with on an estimate, easy to schedule the repair with, completed the job on time, and did an amazing job. They are also excellent communicators. My car was even detailed when I picked it up as if I spent $250 at a custom detail place. I should also share that they suggested I purchase a replacement part directly from Tesla myself since I could get it cheaper if I ordered it as an owner - then they even offered to pick it up at the Tesla parts depot for me. They could have easily just marked it up and ripped me off, but they didn't. I highly recommended using them.

A car repair that should have taken one, maybe two days, took my car away from me for 15 days. If that's fine with you, maybe you'll be OK with this place. Supposedly they didn't have the part. Then the wrong one arrived. Then the right one arrived but it was broken. Then they were supposed to fix it but they got busy. blah blah blah... then "ok, your car is ready". I drive it off the lot.. and all the warning lights are still on. I return to the shop. "Why are the lights still on?" "Oh, you still need this other part, we've ordered it". No respect for others. 2 days without my vehicle and my car was parked on the street the whole time and very vulnerable. Judging by the number of cars parked all over the place my story seems to be the norm. The place is dirty and unorganized. After shopping around for an honest place, Shoop Motors had been highly recommended to do "fabulous work". I brought it over and got a terrific written estimate. I was ecstatic! I clarified that the estimate they had given me was the FINAL number with no hidden fees. They guaranteed me that everything was exactly as promised with no "surprises". The next day, I dropped it off (I had to pull the man from his TV show that he and the rest of the crew had been too closely watching to notice I had even walked in) and confirmed once again that the amount they quoted me was the final amount. But the man then told me this will need to get done and that will get done... on top of what he had initially quoted me. Suddenly my initial quote turned into a far more expensive transaction. I also didn't appreciate the dishonesty and the fact that he "didn't realize those problems before and suddenly decided I needed those extra things to be done". I was uneasy and nervous but left the vehicle anyway and called the next day to see if they had made any progress on it. They said the work had been done and I could pick it up that night... When I got there, nobody seemed to be around and I had to look for someone to help me. There was a different man there and he came out saying "here are your keys". I was confused, as I saw that NO WORK had been done to the car -even though I was told it had been done. He said "I know no work was done but get out, I have to go to eat dinner". I was pretty stunned at the lack of courtesy -let alone professionalism. The dog they had nearby barking at me wildly didn't make it any less shady. I was promised work had been done and it wasn't, and I was getting kicked out. It was like a horror scene out of a movie. Needless to say I left (involuntarily, might I add) and felt the need to tell anyone and everyone about my experience so that nobody else would be subjected to that kind of treatment. This is my very first review on Yelp but I felt compelled to rela what happened to warn everyone NOT TO GO TO SHOOP MOTORS! Shady and sketchy are just several terms to describe the experience...
