I think out of 3 Laundromats in Kingman this is the best one the variety of washers is good,they different size of washers so no matter how much you need to wash they got you covered I was impressed with how clean it is kept threw out the day,even when they are busy which is common for this place,but the cherry on top is the staff sweetest ,most helpful staff that always had a smile. read more

Seriously.....your public restroom has been out of commission for over 2 months now. As much money as you bring in, you'd think you'd be able to afford a plumber instead of telling your customers to use the disgusting outhouse in the back parking lot. I can't wait until I buy a washer and dryer and not have to use this place again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Had a horrible experience today with this laundry mat and the employee working. First my teenage daughter was loading her clothes into the dryer on the bottom and the top dryer had a sign on it and it's broken. My daughter accidentally put money I. For the top dryer (mind you this is her first time doing this she's never been to a laundry mat before AND SHE IS A TEENAger!) so I asked the employee for help and she told me "we don't usually give refunds" she needs to pay attention to what she is doing... ok and proceeds to give me 1.25 back in quarters even though we out $2 in the dryer already. Ok so not completely happy about this but grateful she gave me back something..... THEN! I go to grab my clothes out of the front load washers and find out that one of my $5 washers never started even thought both my daughter and I pushed START ON THIS WAS TWICE EACH! Apparently it never started so, again I turn to the employee and asked what happened to my money if it never started and she tells me it timed out... I said ok so what does that mean? She explains it timing out again... not really helpful. I said ok what happens to my money if it never started? She told me it took it when it timed out. Again we don't usually give refunds. Sooooo I have just been ripped off for $7 from this place that is below average in my opinion with how well there equipment work. Im pissed as I'm already spending and arm and a leg to get my clothes barley clean at this place in the first place and then to get ripped off is just freaking ridiculous!!! I will not be supporting this business again and hope they get better customer service and they should be responsible for refunds because their machines did get the money which means they get the money! We found this place. The workers and owner are rude. They seem to keep an eye on other ethnic people that are not Caucasian. In my opinion, this is racist. They are unprofessional and I do not recommend this place. read more

Very clean, spacious, well equipped and safe. Attendant was constantly wiping down machines and surfaces when I was there. Customers were courteous and helpful as well. I had a huge amount of laundry and was in and out in under 2 hours. read more

I have been coming to this location for at least five years, one day I was doing my laundry and went to use their bathroom and when I washed my hands and went to use the paper towels I noticed all this black burnt towels falling out of towel dispenser I thought why would anyone try to burn down this laundromat I went and told the laundromat attendant that someone has tried to burn the bathroom the next week I came in to do my laundry The attendant told that the owners are having me trespassEd why I didn't do it i guess that's what I get for being honest and trying to warn them. I usually go to the Soapy's on Beale street, however I needed to go get dog food at tractor supply and a few groceries. So desired I would go to Soapy's on Stockton hill Rd, I will never go there again my clothes didn't come out as clean new sweater came out with a big black stain on it. And then the loads that usually takes a dollar fifty to dry at my usual laundry mat took three fifty to dry and we're still damp. I tried to talk to the attendant about it at she was flat out rude. Tried telling me it was because it didn't put enough money in to start with and blamed to cool down cycle asked me supposedly which dry didn't work. I used two dryers had two dryer loads and both took three fifty to dry compared to the dollar fifty it should have cost. She treated me like I was stupid and then tried to tell me to leave. First of all I've worked at a laundry mat and understand how to do laundry and know if your not maintaining machinery properly it won't function properly. Second I've worked customer service for a very long time and that's not how you treat a customer address there concerns and at least check to see what's wrong instead of treating people like they just don't know anything...... I would never recommend this place use the one on Beale they're machines are maintained have never damaged my clothes and have always worked properly read more

I must say this is one of the nicest laundry mats I've ever been to during my lifetime! The lady that works there keeps the place very clean and neat. She is very helpful and friendly. All the machines seem to be in good working order, maybe one or two out of order (which is not uncommon for machines that get heavily used every day.) It's conveniently located in the Safeway shopping center, which is kind of nice if you want to go buy some food or drink while you're waiting on your laundry to get finished! They have a restroom for customers,vending machines,chairs & benches to sit down,and newspapers and magazines, also a television up by the front door. Been coming here for awhile. The place is just ok; it is expensive for a laundry mat, for the prices they could at least offer free wifi. It seems to be getting dirtier and dirtier. There is dust on top of the light fixtures, fans, vents, behind the gas heater hanging in the corner; all FIRE HAZARDS. The restroom is nice and clean. read more

I would rate this place 4-5 stars but the morning staff, before 1pm are consistently rude and lacking care and customer service skills. After being ripped off $1-$2 on two sperate occasions over the past 6 months of coming to this location, then when asking for assistance and to be compensated for that time and coins, simply to get our clothing dried after putting in the correct amount and having the machine fail to heat properly. The attendant on both occasions acted irritated that they might have to provide a little support with a malfunctioning machine. The attendent on both occasions verified that the problem was with the machine, after first trying to accuse the customer of having done something wrong, then verified that the machine had to be "reset" or serviced, then refusing to refund the loss, expecting the customer to again put more money in after she "fixed" it. Then becoming argumentative and inflammatory. We spend over $120 a month at this store with rarely any complaint and to haggle about $1-$2 worth of time is a pretty insulting way to treat a regular customer. I refuse to argue with a person that has no manners or spirit of customer satisfaction. read more

I have been coming here for Years and tonight (July 8, 2018) I was turned away at 7:20pm because the new rule is if the laundromat is having a slow day then the person working can lock the doors at 7pm. There was NO signage for this new rule and the lady??? I spoke with could care less that I needed my clothes clean for work the next day. She told me that there is one downtown that I could go to but that one closes earlier than the laundromat I was already at. Trying to get me to go away on a wild goose chase??? Then she is behind the counter and she locks the door to that counter like I was going to come in and cause her harm which I wasn't. I just wanted to wash my clothes. I don't think I will be back th Soapy/s for awhile. To treat a regular customer that way and change the rules all of a sudden with no signage is total BS. Don't waste your time at this laundromat half the machines are broken and the place is dirty. read more
