I'll bet I've spent about 3k at that faciality on Renner. One person in particular has always done an amazing job, and that's Juanito. I believe that's his name. A gentleman who cares about the way he looks as well as his work. Always humble and kind. Does an amazing job when he details my truck. Ive had some challenges at that location a few times, being honest with one of the guys taking my payments. Seems his focus is always trying to upsell me, even when I say, no thank you. This place, in one word, PATHETIC. My mom went in yesterday for a basic car wash and the machine ripped off her top break light, breaking it in half and crushing part of it with their machinery. They friggin' TAPED it to her car, had her sign a paper saying the manager would call if they accepted responsibility, yada yada yada. Well guess what? Even though they admitted their wash destroyed her break light and they have VIDEO of the incident, they say their insurance won't cover vehicles with over 100,000 miles. So just because they have a garbage insurance policy, they decide they're not responsible?! That's not how this works, that's not how any of this works. THIS IS INSANE. They said they have it posted inside their building as a notice. Well guess what? She was never verbally notified of this CYA policy and certainly never signed anything, and just because her car is older doesn't mean they shouldn't have to fix it! Customer service is poor. I went to check to see why my car had not come through and it was just sitting there where 15 cars and I sat and counted while my car sat there without being attended to and just the vacuum on the floor bed. I spoke to the manager and he tries to ignore the issue stating he has to check Receipt number . He did not do any of that. To add insult to injury he walks away and start back attending to the vehicles that came after me! Don't go here! Then they dont properly vacuum the car. Back on March 19th they put my truck through the Wash and Wax cycle. The truck came out with damage to the paint. Upon complaining the attendant tried to ignore what I was showing him on my vehicle by pointing to other vehicles. He reluctantly gave me a complaint form which I filled out. The form said get two estimates and they would be in contact in within 10 days. The estimates show $600 to buff out the chemical damage to my truck. Photos won't upload. No one ever attempted to contacted me. The district manager contacted me by email after complaining on their website contact page. He's never contacted me again in spite of my intent to resolve this issue. It seems that their belief is to ignore your problem long enough and it will go away. It is now May 2nd and no contact, no discussion, no caring by them to reach out, no desire by them to resolve the issue, no response to my request for an update. They are all about money as they pester you to add more to your card every time you show up. If you use them and have no damage, fine. But if you end up with damage you'll eat it. read more

First of all, I've been coming here for a long time. I've been coming to this car wash before it was Soapy Jeffs. I've noticed a lot of changes since it became Soapy Jeffs, some not so good. The old place with a live person at the inside is gone. So is the atmosphere inside and outside. Now it's a little more stoic. But perhaps the best thing about Soapy Jeffs is that the workers, the ones on the line, are very good. They are very friendly and they do a very good job at cleaning your car, drying your car,and sending you on your way. At the check-in, however, it's a different story. If you don't buy upgrade options or reload your Soapy Jeffs card with cash, you'll get the cold shoulder. In fact, the guy that is usually there to check you in starts out real friendly, but when you decline his "today only offers" you'll get the cold shoulder. Not even a thank you. Not everyone who rolls in needs the upgraded package, or to reload their card right away, that day, that minute. Soapy Jeffs would do well to allow the customers to get what they want, perhaps mention the upgrade savings (if there are any), and send them on their way. I don't appreciate being snubbed just because you didn't get a bonus because I didn't elect the super-duper wash/wax/wipe/dry/fragrance/reload your card/etc. read more

I went here to get my new 2025 outback wilderness washed and get the interior clean and I was very specific about the windshield. The reason why I was very specific about the windshield was because ever since I purchased a car the suction cups that are used to mount the glass, the image of those things was on the glass on the inside. I told him I wanted the glass clean and I wanted the inside the car cleaned. They charge me 5595 for this. I get in the car and I find that the cupholders are dirty. They did use something on my trim on the side and there's places where they didn't touch the trim at all so I've got I've got shiny spots and I've got dull spots all over the inside of the car the outside of the car the fender wheels were filthy. The back bumper was filthy and the work was subpar at best. I drive my vehicle to East Texas today. That's why I wanted to clean and low and behold with the sun is the right angle. My windshield look like it hadn't even been touched. There were some places where it looked like somebody slapped some of the oily stuff that they used on my dash which they shouldn't have used that they should've used a mat product. It was consistent with what needed to be used in a 2025 car that was $60,000 And I have a video to show exactly how bad my windshield is. And no, it had nothing to do with it being cold outside that was not frost, or you know, warm air being blown on the windshield that was reflection off of the windshield with the light and the proper position. I still see the distinct round shape of the suction cups from the factory still on that windshield after they were asked to clean it appropriately read more

The last time I went to this car wash was when it was under a different owner. It's been a few years, and they were excellent at that time. I went to this business recently to find different ownership and a very different process. When I arrived there was one customer getting their car dried after the wash. Outside of that there were -0- customers. I approached the lanes to get service. They waved me to pull all the way thru a very specific lane all the way to the end. Once I did that they told me I needed to get out of my car and walk all the way back to the front of the lane to pay at their machine, which I had passed as they had me drive to the end of the lane. Not sure what that was about. There were probably 6-8 men standing there doing nothing except snickering as I asked repeatedly what the process was. Mind you there were no other customers. None. Once I paid I walked all the way back to my car and they waved me around to drive my car thru the wash. I drove thru. Once thru they wipe down your car but I was done. I kept driving as a man tried to wave me down to dry my vehicle. I was DONE. I could not leave fast enough. Honestly I was very uncomfortable at this car wash. I was by myself, middle-aged, I felt horribly disrespected. I'm not sure anyone spoke English. I told them twice that this was my first visit and I was not familiar with their process. I don't get my car washed on a consistent basis but I've been coming here for about two years. Over time, they've become pushy with the gift cards. Every single time I visit, they try and push a gift card so that I can save money. I never give in. I visited recently to get my vehicle inspected and a car wash. I paid less than $60 total. The guy offered a $120 gift card. After reading other reviews, I'm glad I didn't purchase one. It just seems super pushy. Now, I will say, when I show up to get my vehicle washed, I tend to go earlier in the day. My vehicle wash has always been great. I haven't had any complaints on the wash and the interior. I don't get anything extravagant, just a basic wash and vaccum of the interior. How could they mess that up?! read more

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR INSPECTION HERE! Came here 3 times and there was always an issue. The first time sure; that was on me because the hours of operation aren't posted anywhere, called different locations and the hours that are posted are at the business. Can't back the same day at 2pm and the inspector wasn't there; i asked someone when they'll be back they said probably around 4pm. Because there on lunch; so we need a 2 hour lunch break? They were prompt helpful and got the stains out of my car . The folks are hardworking and they do a damn good job on car detailing, shampooing and vacuuming. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Paid $55 for a car wash. The inside of my car still has the same spots on the center console and steering wheel, car wasn't properly vacuumed, water spots on the outside, exterior dirt is still there, windows still have dirt, swirl marks on exterior paint, little to no tire shine. This is the worst car wash in the area so don't waste your time. They are all sales with no delivery. They upsell you on gift cards, services and anything they can. I'm all for an upsell if quality of work comes with it but here you basically get the same wash when you spend $30 as you do $300. Also my brand new truck is absolutely COVERED in swirl marks with an 1100 invoice for paint correction. Every time I've been here people are complaining to the manager about how much they paid and how bad the wash is. Also when you leave your car thinking extra time will help. . NOPE, They'll ask what time you'll be back and it'll sit there all day and they'll start it 30-45mins before you get there on a "DETAIL". This business model is a complete joke read these reviews. The bad reviews are accurate. This was a complete waste of money, my car is not clean, and it was an EASY clean since my car is only a few week old. I talked to them but they didn't care. I took my truck to get washed here today, went for the middle of the line interior with exterior..was supposed to include cleaning the interior and putting shine on it, regardless if it had shine or not they didn't even wipe down the inside or clean it, the outside is still dirty also but more upset with the inside! This place always has top notch customer service! I have the membership here and it's worth every penny. If you have a luxury car or a car you like to have cleaned constantly - it's worth the membership. I'm up here a few times a week getting my car cleaned. At some other places they will not do as good of a job for the members because they figure you'll just come back later. Not here!! My car is always vacuumed and cleaned to perfection.
