The manager took a report, said they made a mistake and would refund my car wash and pay for my vehicle repairs. Neither happened, and after multiple attempts to contact corporate and visit the store manager who was not available when I went by the store, I then filed this on my insurance and am out of pocket my deductible and replacement of bike rack. Later the car wash did finally contact me after two weeks. After corresponding for several weeks they now tell me my claim is denied because of my roof mounted bike rack. For background information I have been going to a competitor for over 5 years twice weekly with this vehicle and roof rack and have used other car washes without incident but they are using this excuse to not pay for their faulty equipment. Stay far away from this car wash because if they damage your vehicle they will give you the run around and not pay a cent for their faulty equipment. Terrible business practices.

I don't know if the 40 was a special, but they did a great job, and it was quick. The waiting area of the car wash is beautiful. I didn't think much of it since it wasn't a large amount, and I left the vehicle with the staff while I waited about 20 feet away. When the service was finished, I returned to my car to grab the cash so I could tip the workers, but the money was gone. I immediately asked the employee who washed my car if he had seen any cash, and he said he had not. I then spoke with the manager, Oscar, who told me he would review the camera footage and follow up with me. Two days later, he informed me that he could not do anything because there was no proof that an employee took the money. While I understand businesses need evidence, the cash was in the car before service and missing immediately afterward while the vehicle was in their exclusive possession. The lack of accountability and resolution was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this business and will not be returning.
