I don't mind not receiving the presoak, so I opted in for the $20 deal for the other two vehicles. We go at least once a week while out running errands. Sometimes the wash is packed, and sometimes we get right in. Either way, our car is always clean when we leave. And, while I appreciate the free vacuum upgrade, I do wish they'd have them checked more frequently for suction. There just doesn't seem to be enough power to do a really good job on the interior. But, I still use the air and the cleaner for the hard surfaces. Both function properly at all times for me. Personally, I'll keep using this place. It's a good value for the wash. I change my own oil, and detail my own interior, so I don't require those other services. The employees we've spoken to have all been very friendly, and quite willing to help with any known issues. 5 stars, for sure.

The cart with rags and bottles of window cleaner was nowhere to be found. I moved my car to three different bays before realizing that the vacuums weren't working. I asked the cranky short-tempered woman taking money at the entrance if there were any vacuums working. She SHOUTED at me "The weather is not under my control!!!" Yeah, honey, it isn't, but if the equipment isn't working, WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME FULL PRICE?? I was so effing pissed. I will be going to Hang 10 from now on--or rinsing my car off myself. What a waste of money. Car wash people: Do you realize that your job is to provide GOOD SERVICE??? P.S.: They also record your license plate number every time you come through. Creepy as hell.

The wash technician told me there are no re-washes with a basic wash. I don't get it, I paid for a car wash and came out with the car with soil on it. While he was cordial, the technician said they do not do re-washes. They certainly will never get to wash my vehicle again. I'd say it's a "no go" car wash.

When I parked to air my vehicle out I noticed lots of soap dripping from the jams, and my wheels somehow looked worse than they did before. I kindly requested a refund, and was told it was the city's fault the water smelled bad and that they don't give refunds. But they'd kindly run my vehicle through their sewage wash again. Yeah, nope. Wait, what. I asked for and paid $15 for a single carwash. NO! You're now signed up for a membership, pal! $29/mo but don't worry about it... I NEVER sign up for recurring costs or memberships, so this was offensive to me. But I had a schedule to keep, so I silently vowed to deal with this later. I got through my appts and returned home and began to call the carwash office. 3 calls and 4 hours later, I could tell I was not going to speak to anyone or get a return call. Eventually, my membership was activated on their website, where I could login and cancel things. They don't have my email address, so I have to keep an eye on my cc statements for a month or two to make sure there's no mistakes. All this has been counter to my purposes. GoCarWash, please know: I can wash my own car. I came to you for the convenience and the time-savings. Having spent extra time and emotion trying to defeat your deceptive business practices, I have not gotten good value for my money. This was my second carwash with GoCarWash. My first one also had issues, but that happened at a different site, in Stephens City, so it doesn't really belong on this review. Still GoCarWash as a brand is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
