You add as many quarters you need to dry. Several machines were broken or out of order. Here's what you need to know : There's seating available to wait while you wash. I just stopped by (Jan 4, 2025) and the sign on the door says it is permanently closed. Bummer, I used this place regularly for years.

Stopped in here to wash a king size quilt. Place is spotless. The manager was so helpful. Clean restrooms. A nice place to sit and wait. I was able to work on my computer because they offer free Wi-Fi. Did not expect to have such a great experience doing my laundry!!! They also offer wash and fold. And dry cleaning is next door. read more

I came to this laundromat from Waxhaw to wash two king comforters. Cleanest facility I've been in and smells great! But the people who work here are the best part of this business - so helpful and pleasant! They only charge 32 to launder a king comforter. I was here so did my own but this place is totally worth the trip if you have bedding or anything too large for your own machine. read more

They do a great job washing and folding and are very nice. I use this place often when I have too much laundry to deal with or whenever I get new sheets or towels and let them wash and fold them. They are folded VERY well. Better than I could do myself. read more

Our washing machine broke and have used this place for about a week. I have used the double loader, senior and giant machines for washing only. The wash cycle takes about 30 min. Lots of washers & dryers in different sizes $3, $5, $7, $9 per load dryers 25 cents per 6 minutes. Machines change $1 ,5, 10, 20s to coins & ATM to coins. Plenty of parking. The very best part of Soap Suds Coin Laundry is the gentleman & lady who operate the store. They are always friendly, pleasant, courteous & very helpful. read more

I am having issues with my dryer and have come to this location 3 or 4 times in the past 6 weeks. Tonight, he just told I am not welcome to dry my clothes here unless I use the washing machines too. My washer works fine. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I bring my large loads like comforters and blankets to wash here. It is VERY clean I mean SPOTLESS! The owners take great pride in this place and are very courteous and helpful. They have many diff sized washers and huge dryers. There is an ATM, coin dispenser, soap and fabric softener dispenser (plus they sale larger soaps behind counter too), gaming machines and books for kids, soda machine, all available for customer use. I used larger load washers ($5) and usually $1.50 to dry. They have smaller machines and a huge one for xtra large loads ($7). If you come Saturday come around lunchtime...less busy. During the week it is not so crowded. read more

Nice Laundromat. My dryer broke and I had about 5 loads of laundry to do. The nice thing is I was in and out of there in about an hour and a half -- much faster than I would have been able to do it all at home! The lady working there was very nice and helpful. Clothes are clean now. Free wifi. Good to know it's there if/when you need it. read more

We've been coming here every week for a couple of months, and until today everything was fine. I arrived at 6:45 pm. There was a sign in the window saying that no loads could be started after 7. The first thing the guy says when I walk in is that they are closing. I said fine...you don't want my money, I'll go elsewhere. He then said never mind do your laundry here. I thought maybe he just had a lapse in judgment and needed a reminder about customer service and general practices regarding running a business. I was wrong. The man spent the next hour and a half making me wildly uncomfortable and then downright angry. He repeatedly asked me to check to see if my loads were dry...like every five minutes! He then told me that one of the dryers was broken and got angry that i had to move my clothes to a new one. At 8:15 which is 15 minutes after their posted closing time he starts tapping his wrist and shrugging his shoulders. I took my still damp clothes out of the dryer and left. You'll not have any more of my money. I've never encountered a more rude business owner...just awful. read more
