Every single one we went to had the annoying habit of scheduling a boatload of people at the same time so when I show up with my pup, it was utter chaos and insanity. While the last two groomers all did a decent job on our fur baby, I didn't like that they only worked M-F and not Saturdays. I totally get that, I only work M-F and don't work Saturdays either, but taking time off on a weekday morning to take my pup in and taking more time off to pick him up is not convenient for me. Anyway, went on the Stockton Reddit thread and got several recommendations, and Paw Prints was one of them. I called on a Friday and had no expectations of getting an appointment for the next day and would have been fine with the following Saturday, but the owner, Jeanne, told me she still had availability for this Saturday. After explaining to her my issues with previous groomers, she told me it would be fine if I wanted to bring in my pup between 9:30-10, to avoid the rush, which I did and it was so nice because I was the only one there. Picked up my fur baby a few hours later and he was sooo handsome and adorable. It had been seven weeks since his last grooming (hubby was calling him Ragamuffin) and he looked so good! When my wife saw Nala after the appointment, she was amazed. Nala looked and smelled fresh. For the second visit, our Frenchie, Reese, needed a good grooming session. Janese did an incredible job. She's been doing dog grooming for over 30 years, and because of her experience I am very comfortable bringing my kid there. She was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the day after! She was kind enough to stay a few minutes after to give some after care tips until he needs another haircut. ** I've seen this in the previous Yelp comments so just to address it: She obviously is a mobile grooming service so she will need to hook up to your house. Some outlets in our office wouldn't turn on during the session (obviously) but everything resumed completely back to normal once she unplugged and left. Lastly, she's super affordable. For $105 she bathed, trimmed the hair, cleaned his ears, cut his nails, brushed his teeth and put a cologne at the very end leaving him incredibly soft and smelling amazing. Overall great experience! Definitely recommend as I will surely be booking with her again
