Staff member Asunción Abrego Galeana, known as "Tia," has repeatedly singled out and targeted my daughter, issuing her dress code violations for skirts and shorts that were the same length--or in many cases, longer--than those worn by her peers, who were not penalized. This repeated and unjust scrutiny has left my daughter feeling insecure and confused, questioning what is supposedly "wrong" with her clothing when it clearly meets or exceeds the standards applied to others. This pattern of unfair treatment is deeply concerning and has cast a shadow over her entire experience at Notre Dame. It is disheartening that one individual's actions have created such a hostile and discouraging environment for students. Speak to any student, and you will hear the same story--this behavior is not isolated, and it is damaging to both the school's reputation and the well-being of its students.

But my child accommodated quite quickly and now they look forward to going to school every day. Every time I come into the school, I never see dis organization or it being dirty. It is always organized and super clean. What I love about this school the most is the fact that they separate the toddlers from older kids. Both in the classroom and during recess. They try their best to make it even more fun than it already is by making themed days, such as Disney day, 50's day, pajama day, etc. , and during the summer they had a lot of water play days available for the children to make sure they stay cool. My child has been able to experience different types of foods, yes, even the veggies lol the cafeteria is so sweet. Everyone that works there it's extremely sweet helpful and definitely has an inviting spirit. Nobody wants to take their child to a place where everybody looks miserable and looks like they hate their job. This is definitely somewhere where you see the people actually love what they do. Last but not least, I'd love to give a big shout out to Miss Nancy who is my child's main caregiver there, she is super patient and understanding, my child is definitely someone who needs a lot of patience and I applaud her for being able to take care of my child for over four hours a day. It's a warm, welcoming environment where the staff genuinely cares about each child. The teachers and staff are very attentive to our kids' individual needs and do a great job keeping us informed about how they're doing day to day. One moment that really stands out to me is seeing my son hug both his teacher and the director every morning at drop-off. I never would have done that as a kid, and to me, it says everything about how safe, comfortable, and happy he feels there. Our children feel secure and supported, and it shows in both their confidence and their learning. As soon as our youngest is old enough, we plan to have all four of our children enrolled here. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the environment or the results--our kids are already reading and doing math at a more advanced level than many of their peers.
