When we went back to school, we were scheduled for only one session a week, which I thought was fine because I didn't realize that each month when it bills you actually lose those hours so I have lost several hundred dollars if not 1000. When I went to cancel, they offered me a star tutor, and delayed several hours from expiring so that I could recoup some of my expenses, so I agreed to stay on longer with two sessions a week. However, the billing time is coming up again and it just leaves a really sour taste in my mouth that I will lose whatever hours I don't use.
