My husband and I both ordered the same ramen (kogashi shoyu with double toppings) and it was divine. The broth had so many dimensions of flavor, the noodles were fresh and chewy, the egg was perfect, and the meat was flavorful and not overly fatty. Once inside, a nice hostess brings you to your seat and gives you a menu. After you decide what you want, you go to the window and order and pay. They give you a slip with a number and then you wait. There are drinks, but no alcohol. They have a water station and a condiment station. Once you get your food, stop by the condiments and load up on what you want, all free! Then, sit down and taste some of the best broth you have ever had! This palce is not fancy, but that's part of the charm- it is VERY Japanese- both the od and atmosphere. Enjoy!
