During the massage itself, they stay consistently engaged the entire hour if you choose a full session. It doesn't feel like they're just going through the motions or killing time like some places I've been to, they genuinely focus on the treatment and go all in. They also provide water afterward, which is a thoughtful touch and makes the whole experience feel even more professional and cared for because some places I've been to give no water. I received an hour and a half massage and DID NOT WANT IT TO END. What I appreciate about Steph is she is extremely knowledgeable and she listens to what you need. I was able to relax because of her unique technique. She also was able to work out knots that I didn't even know existed and intuitively worked on other trouble spots. I booked the "Look Better Naked" package, which consisted of a sauna session, body scrub, and wrap. First, I was led to a private changing room to leave my items, grab my robe and slippers, and get ready. Then I went in the infrared sauna for 30 minutes and was able to take breaks and grab water in my own secluded area. Rachel met me here when the time was up and we did my scrub! She dry brushed me first, then wet scrubbed, followed by a full rinse (my first time being rinsed laying down- honestly kinda fun). She was thorough and had great knowledge of lymphatic drainage! Rachel also checked in with me from time to time to see if the pressure was okay or if anything was sensitive. Post-scrub, I went to wait in the relaxation room. There was an old man in jeans and sneakers in there trying to make conversation with me while I was in a robe, which I hated. But not a reflection of the business, just an odd place for him to be. Next I did a mud wrap which was warming and honestly comfy while Rachel gave me an amazing head massage. I got rinsed again, then covered in lotion, and was ready to go! My skin was baby soft after the treatment and I felt so good. The front desk staff and Rachel were all lovely and I can't wait to return! I do wish they had online scheduling, as it was challenging at times to reach over the phone. But they were flexible and able to get me in quickly.

1 Star - Very uncomfortable tipping experience…read more I have been a regular customer at this massage place and usually visit about twice a month. As someone who also works in the service industry, I understand how important tips are and I always tip fairly depending on the quality of service. In the past I have tipped anywhere between $15-$25. However, my most recent visit was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I booked a 90-minute massage that cost $115 after tax. When it came time to pay, I intended to leave a $20 tip, which would bring my total to $135. The payment machine actually showed multiple tip options including $20. However, the staff refused to allow me to select the $20 option. They insisted that the tip must be 30% or more, and pointed to a small note on the table that said 30% gratuity is "appreciated." They then attempted to add $30 to my bill without my agreement. This is very concerning for several reasons: * The 30% tip was never disclosed before the service started * It was not listed on the official menu or pricing * The payment machine still shows optional tip amounts but customers are not allowed to choose them * Staff attempted to force a higher tip after the service was already completed A gratuity is supposed to be voluntary unless a business clearly lists a mandatory service charge before the service begins. Posting a small note on the table and then pressuring customers at the payment terminal is not transparent and creates a very uncomfortable situation. As a loyal customer who has supported this business many times, I felt extremely disappointed by how this was handled. If a business wants to require a 30% service charge, it should clearly state that on the menu and inform customers before the service -- not pressure them at the register after the service is finished. Customers should be aware of this policy before visiting.

She asks a lot of questions to ensure you get the best experience. She is also gentle and very professional. Her suite is located inside Sola Salons suites. It is small, but cozy and clean. She has a bench that opens up to store your belongings and the massage table is heated and very comfortable. While getting your massage, the atmosphere is very relaxing and you enjoy gentle spa music. The only thing I would warn about is that from time to time you can hear the conversations of the other suite tenants/businesses and customers.
