I was advised (although I heard 8:30), the owner corrected me (Andrew) and said that was a range from x point to x point. I heard either 8:30 or 10:30 so I suspect when 10:30 came I would receive a call. There was no phone call or any acknowledgement from the company. At approximately 1ish, the owner Andrew texted and said he was on his way and then called said he was here. I said, oh, I thought you would be here at 8:30? So a back and forth ensued and inquired "why didn't you call to say you would be late". Andrew indicated he was sick and he was there for just an estimate and didn't feel like he needed to call. I was quite surprised as it is my time as well as his. At this point I am frustrated and I can feel that we are not communicating well. I didn't understand why an owner of a company said " If you don't want to do business I am plenty busy, I can just go". Then Andrew asked me if I have ever received window washing services before, I said yes but I don't remember the company. It was a long time ago. He said how did they do, I said ok, but the inside window and I pointed to my bedroom was out of wack because they lifted it and put it back in incorrectly. They tried to fix it-It works but gets stuck. Andrew is quizzing me and I honestly can't remember the name of the company. I was taken aback a bit because he said, "Well you probably won't be happy with us". I had no idea what that meant. Then he said what do you want an estimate on. I said if he could give me just an estimate on the top portion. He said, no we only do the whole home or 350 .00 min. Just the top would probably costs 150.00 and I have employees and and office to maintain. I was really surprised and would have asked further questions but he said "we are not a good fit" and got in his car. I respect that fact that the owner made the effort to come although not feeling well , however, I am not ok with being treated like I did something wrong. I did nothing wrong except wait for Andrew to come and give me an estimate in a timely manner with respect and dignity.

But simply put, they did an AWFUL job. The windows did not get cleaned "inside, outside, and tracks" as we paid for. Of the 45 windows, he missed 15. He broke two of our window screens. When we asked for a refund for at least part (since part of the work got done), they said they'd send one. That never happened. Have called numerous times and no solution. As they finished and were still in the driveway, we went upstairs and noticed that two rooms were missed completely. We went and retrieved them out of their car to come in and do them. They did them, but missed the tracks completely. Don't fall for their prices, or boasts on how they are using the latest tech. It's window cleaning. You do it right or you do it wrong. And these guys do it SO wrong. Our neighbors used them too many years ago, and they haven't had them back. That should've been our sign. Edit: 9/2014 Bizarre how I add an honest, albeit critical, review - the first review of a window company that we've had the number of for years - and within a month, there are several glowing reviews from new users.
