These men show up and just start putting ladders up on to our roof and climbing up, without knocking, ringing our doorbell, or announcing their presence in anyway. First off, this took me by complete surprise as I work from home in an upstairs bedroom. I am working away when all the sudden a ladder hits the house with extreme force!! Like shook my house!! It made me jump out of my seat! Then it freaked my dog out who is very anxious and began barking. If they had knocked and let me know they were there, I could have put my dog away and I wouldn't have been scared by men suddenly appearing outside my window! We reached out to the company with our frustrations, and Todd Parkes responded and was so rude and passive aggressive, taking no responsibility whatsoever. I actually was not planning on leaving this review until we saw his response!! He sent a picture of our empty driveway (we have a garage by the way) and this was supposed to be proof that no one was home? He said we could have come out and talked to his technicians! I'm sorry?? That is not our responsibility, it is the responsibility of your staff to alert the people in the home of their presence!! Overall, the company's response to this makes me believe they would never take accountability and I would not suggest hiring them whatsoever!! Avoid at all costs.

I tried reaching out for a resolution but never heard from them. I ordered (online) a carpet clean and added two vents to meet their posted $119 minimum. When they came out I was informed they don't clean vents and that the minimum is $149. They did honor the $119 after we spoke on the phone, but no vents were cleaned. The carpet is still dirty. Even through my baseboards were removed, they didn't have any tool to clean the coffee stain close to the wall. The coffee stains in the middle of the room were not removed either. I ended up hiring another company to clean the carpet. They were able to remove the stains. I try to only hire local companies so I do not leave this review easily.

There are divots on every door frame to each room the tech cleaned. It is from the hose scraping along the frame while cleaning. The last carpet company we used had plastic shields they put on the wood door frame to avoid this very issue. We are pretty disappointed a 30 minute carpet clean has left us with such severe damage to the woodwork of our home. I emailed photos to the owner and a week later I still haven't heard back. I hate to leave a bad review but I also want to save anyone from having to spend time and money fixing damage to your home that could easily be prevented.
