So i took my jeep in to have a new stereo installed. Got it in quick and left it for the afternoon. I had already removed the old stereo so there were just wires waiting to be connected. There was already a backup camera that was wired in and working. They were also able to repurpose the adapters that were already there. Good news !! So $200 to install was not too bad IMO. I got the jeep back by the afternoon and all was working. Backup camera and stereo all worked....until I got home and turned the jeep off. When I got back in the carplay would not connect. Not sure why but I found that if I reset to factory settings it started working again. Also the backup camera went out. It was intermittent to start but finally stopped all together. Seems like some loose connections maybe? Called back up SNS and agreed on a time to come back in so they could check their work. After looking it over they found the wire running to the backup camera had came undone. Apparently they did not check the line when they installed the radio. Also as I was driving over the carplay started working. Still not sure what happened here and hope it keeps working. I'll chalk that up to a flaky iphone connection. This is mostly all good with the exception that I was charged $37 to look at the jeep again and 'fix' the wire to the backup camera. I was told this was because they did not install it. BUT they did install the radio and signed off that everything was working when I road out of the shop. This to me would make them responsible for the everything, including the backup camera functioning properly. If they did not check the wire then that is on them. For this reason I gave them 3 stars and I am not sure if I will go back. If I am in the wrong and you are reading this thinking I should have been charged and you have been charged in the past in this scenario then that is OK. To me it did not seem right the more I thought about it. read more

They were the only company to be able to assist me with an apple play touch screen, incorporate my steering wheel controls, my DVD player in the 2nd row and add a back up camera. SNS Autosports installed my truck audio system. It did not work properly from the time I drove off their lot. I went straight back and they installed a new antenna, which did not fix the issue. The sound was cutting in and out. I took it back Saturday morning and SNS Autosports told me that my alternator was bad and needed to be replaced. I replaced the alternator and had the same results, the stereo cut in and out. I took my truck to Wills Starter and Alternator, had it checked out, and they found no issue with my trucks alternator. Now I have a new stereo system installed by SNS Autosports that cannot be used. I took my truck to Radioactive on 66th Street. After they made some minor adjustments and fixed the wiring (grounds) the stereo now plays as it should. It had nothing to do with the alternator. I am not sure why SNS Autosports could not get their stereo equipment working properly. They had no issues with me not having a stereo that worked after their installation. Update 10/07/22 I am lost for words. After 2 weeks the front speakers that were purchased as new and installed by SNS started to crackle. I had the speakers removed and saw that the paper had cracked and separated from the metal frame. There is no way these were new speakers. In case I forgot to say it, I was charged for new speakers. Talk about being taken advantage of. Remember they said the problem was my alternator. Maybe if new components were used there would not be an issue. read more

Went to a car club meeting the other day and ran into a past customer of SNS Autosports, and got to see his audio install. It consisted of spliced wires with electrical tape like they did on mine, cheap CCA power cable when the customer said they paid for true copper, along with some other poor aspects of mounting. This place is a joke, and reminds me of a backyard business. I'd stay away, or pay with AMEX, as you'll most likely want your money back. read more

I did a bit of shopping around before settling on SNS for window tinting. They were the most expensive price-wise but I assumed if I wanted top notch, I'd have to pay for it. So I call to make an appointment. I do not lie about the type of car I have -- 2013 Honda Fit. Appointment is at 10, I show up at 9:45, choose the tints and I'm told it'll be 2 hours. There is a crease in the back window that the guy was "going to leave but I told him to correct it," so says the lady that runs the front desk. I'm not told how long the correction will take but I DO know that I walk out at 1:05 PM. I need to be at my job at 2. Some guy (who is HE? - does he run the place? Who the fuck knows.) tells me that my car has a "lot of windows" when I tell him I wasn't counting on 3 hrs. to do this. I called in advance and told these jerks what type of car I had. They knew how many windows there were before I even showed up. You'd think they would have decreased $20 off the price for the extra hour but that's asking too much. I'm STILL fuming. What a bunch of dicks. I give 3 stars only because they have "free" wifi which I found out about 2 hours, 45 minutes into my wait. Be smart and go elsewhere. read more

I drove down from PA. to visit family and after 1200 miles with no working radio, I refused to head home without getting it repaired. I showed up without an appointment and after a short wait they pulled my van into a bay and started working. A hot mess was how he described the wiring and since I attempted to fix it myself first, I think he was being kind. Long story short, I have a great working stereo and he even fixed all the dangling wires around my brake pedal.. Price was much less than I expected to boot. Highly recommended. read more

I was referred here by a buddy. I had a stereo, a sub and all that attachments but needed some expert guidance. Shayna not only got my install going, but when I had some sub woofer issues she got me what i needed and dropped what they were doing to help install my brand new Memphis sub. It took them several months to get the speakers needed to complete my installation. A few months after that the cd player died,there were wires hanging down under the dash and the front speakers were loose and bouncing around. When I called them to fix it, they were too busy to get to it right away. Just say "No" to SNS, you can do much better. I had to take it to another installer to get it fixed(who did a great job-should have gone there to begin with). read more

I had an exceptional experience with SNS!! I was referred to them by a good friend that does custom classic car restoration and uses SNS for all of their stereo and alarm work. I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler and had them install an alarm, 2DIN head unit, amp and component speakers. Also they built a custom box for my twin 10's. The work was excellent!! After 3-4 days I went back to the store because my radio antenna adapter was having issues and I wanted a couple features on the alarm adjusted. I was greeted by the owner immediately and he inquired about my happiness with the system, I told him about the stereo reception and alarm. He stopped what he was doing, rolled the jeep into one of the work bays and fixed my problem (replaced the adapter). Also while there he adjusted the back up camera. I'm not sure about the couple negative reviews but I'm very glad that I did not pay attention to them. ps, the Hertz speakers that I purchased are excellent!! Much better than the Alpines that I'm use to. read more
