Will never not give them five stars. Excellent flavors, great customer service, making kombucha accessible and affordable! They now have a share program where you can get four 32 oz. fills (one bottle included) for 25% off! I had to stop myself in only getting one (strawberry elderflower) this time. Not doing samples right now, but if you talk through what you like and dislike they're happy to help. If you have empty bottles, they'll take them to sterilize and give you new bottles to take home. They're even doing free delivery on Fridays right now! Order online today. I can't wait to see what the new location looks like as they move forward. Thanks for being wonderful as always, guys!

Lined up and can't decide which one to try

So we had an event at the Barrel Factory and upon leaving I stopped at the counter on the lower floor and decided to give them a try. They were one of the vendors at the event, but I missed being able to give them a try. There is this nice walk up booth with a few stools if you want to have a seat or you can grab them to go and take them.out. This is premade kombucha and it is free slowing from a tap, as if it were beer ....how cool is that. So I join in a conversation with another yelper who also stopped down for a full beverage and he recommended the Ultraviolet... OMG it was delish ! So I opted for the 6 pack for $20 The gentleman working was quite knowledgeable and made some recommendations on what to try. But he was MORE than willing to allow me to sample as may as I wanted as we engaged in idle chatter .... I selected 2 Ultraviolet, Candy Apple, Strawberry Elderflower, LGBT ( Lemon, Ginger, Black Pepper Tumeric), strawberry lemonade I love Kombucha and the flavor of these was on point. I have since gone back 2 additional times to grab a couple 6 packs Considering what I generally pay for one bottle I find this to be a good deal Be sure to give them a try

After sampling them at the 2018 Yelpies, I came back the next day to see what flavors they offered and get a cup to go (I would've gotten my growler filled if I would've had it). Compared to other local kombucha makers, Snowy Owl is on par with flavor offerings and price. Besides the flavors they offer, Snowy Owl stands out because they make several smaller batches of kombucha instead of commercial size batches. If you've never had kombucha, come to Snowy Owl and they'll tell you all about it. It's fermented tea that's then flavored. It's full of probiotics and vitamin B, and contains "trace amounts" of alcohol. Some kombucha is served carbonated, some not. Today I had the Strawberry Elderflower flavor which was amazing. I hope this is one of their staples because I'd like to come back for a growler!

I first tried Snowy Owl at CRG Buffalo when they were giving out free kombucha at the Boulders and Brew event. The worker (and fellow climber) was friendly and very willing to explain the different flavors and let us try samples. After climbing tonight we decided to check out their shop. They offer an assortment of unique flavors that they make themselves as well as hot tea. Both workers were friendly and let us try free samples until we were ready to order. I ended up ordering a 6 pack of 12 oz bottles for $20. Their ultra violet flavor is my favorite! It has hints of juniper and cranberry. I think their kombucha has a more sour note than other kombuchas, but they all have a unique and delicious flavor. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

I haven't actually been to this place, but my best friend gave me a whole bunch of their tea bags for my birthday. I brewed The Eleventh Hour tea this morning and it's so delicious I just had to write a review. This is honestly one of the best mugs of tea I've even had the pleasure of drinking. I also tried Second Breakfast so far and liked it as well! Next time I'm in Buffalo, I very much want to try this shop.

I was given a few of their sampler packets of tea and I was hooked!! Their tea flavors are unique and delicious. Not to mention the packaging art is really beautiful. Will continue to buy and support this super great business!!

I had been to their place when they used to be in the Barrel Factory. I saw them at a Christmas time show and they said they had move; finding their new location was definitely an adventure. It's nestled back in what looks like a trucking area or something. Just look for the sign; I think you have to go back at least one layer of buildings to find it. I believe they're only open on Saturdays. I've met the sisters a couple of times and they're just so friendly. I feel like they take their work so seriously and also their customer satisfaction seriously and with care. Everything they do is beautiful and using so much personal care and energy. The facility though mainly a processing facility has been crafted to be a beautiful space as well. I love their teas, so far I've only tried two of them, but I love them, the poppy seed muffin one and a variety of chai was amazing. I got the vanilla mint oolong growler of kombucha which I was able to sample beforehand, what an amazing kombucha and what great flavor. Good price to $10 a growler! Definitely a place to support. And I love their artwork as well!!!

Welcome to Snowy Owl! Run by sisters!

Discovered Snowy Owl kombucha through a Fresh Fix order (if you don't know about Fresh Fix, get on it!). The kombucha flavors include violet, as in Choward's violet gum. Incredible. Went to Snowy Owl HQ/tea room in the Clinton-Bailey grocery terminal and discovered a twinkling space filled with owl muses and teas to match the kombucha flavors. Violet, Earl Grey-Creamsickle, turmeric-ginger, blackberry- hibiscus... etc. the teas are packaged like little presents. I gave them away like calling cards on my last trip to Brooklyn. Now it's another thing they're jealous of that we have in Buffalo! Also, it's founded by sisters. What else do you need to know? Go!

This place has out of this world great tasting kombucha. You may not like kombucha but I dare you to try it here. It will change your perception for the better. The owners make it right there, it's fresh and delicious and so healthy for your gut. Stop in and say hi try a sample you won't be disappointed.

Located in the newly opened Barrel Factory. Friendly couple that's making several varieties of Kombucha. I liked each variety and chose the mixed berry lemonade. The space is still under construction and already looks amazing. Lakeward Distillery (same location) uses their kombucha in some of their mixed drinks. So nice to see businesses moving into the area around the silos. This space is going to be a stunner when completed

Love love love this place. They change their recipes all the time and are always trying new recipes. Their kombucha is awesome! I highly recommend coming down to the barrel factory. Refills are $8 for 32ozs

This place serves up some of the best kombucha I have had. They have a variety of flavors to suit every palette, and have some great ideas on how to drink it (what to mix it with to make the experience extra awesome). The space is an old barrel factory (hence the name of the location- inside the Barrel Factory) with exposed bricks and has a great vibe of old-school manufacturing to it. The place shares space with a bunch of other local businesses from a distillery to a kayak rental- so when you are there you can check out some other places, too. They have a great patio out front to breathe in some fresh air while you sip (if it's the summer that is!) but the inside is cavernous and you can take your drink and enjoy it in the large inner space, or get a large jug to go.

Best kombucha in the city at some of the most attractive prices. Their Raspberry Mosaic Hopped kombucha is heavenly.

The thought of helping the environment even just a little bit - which adds up to a whole lot considering the amount of to-go beverage consumption daily - really adds up to make a huge impact!
