The employees are friendly and patient, everything is so clean, brightly colored and it smelled nice inside. This snack stop is clearly well run. I got everything in the photos for $16, which is a great deal. The smoothie portions are good. I got a size small, and a small elote with some spicy chips. I'll definitely be back for those chocolate covered bananas! The people that came in after me bought several of them so they must be good.

They were catering the Rogue Running Fun Run and Fall Training kick-off, providing shaved ice treats after the run. They came in their mobile truck and they had the menu posted on the side of the truck. They have a bunch of unique gourmet flavors on their menu. I placed my order and you can see them preparing the shaved ice. I ordered the mango and cream shave ice in a medium cup. The shaved ice hit the spot after my long run and the flavors with mango puree and cream were so sweet and fresh. I can't wait to try some of the other flavors!!

I love the vibes for this food truck. We didn't wait long at all and our snow cones were fire! I would always get Mexican rice pudding which was crazy good but this time I tried Thai tea and holy $hi!!! It is amazing!! My mind was blown and I immediately wanted another one the next day. I had not planned to buy coffee but was so captivated by the coffee offerings and engaging pictures, I decided to take a coffee plunge. My latte de jour was the Orange dreamsicle very similar to dreamsicle pops I used to eat as a child. Of course, I chose the iced version. The latte truly tasted like a orange dreamsicle...super impressive. This version can be made with cold brew or matcha. Service was superb! I asked my barista to wait 10 minutes until I returned from Trek and he patiently waited to make my latte in real time. Enjoyed my latte immensely and the friendly service. Definitely will be returning when I am in the vicinity of Funky Sol Coffee...a true coffee gem.

I ordered an al pastor taco and chips with queso from CJ's tacos right before they closed at 7pm. The taco was good (a little greasy) but much better once you add the green sauce they serve with it on top. The queso was really tasty, like a better version of the tostitos queso. The food trucks are in a circle and surround a playground in the middle. It is a cool venue and while I wouldn't call it particularly nice, it is fairly clean. After the taco appetizer, we ordered gnocchi pomodoro and the casarecce with basil pesto and tomatoes from Artipasta with tiramisu for dessert. The pesto was good, but lacking in flavor a bit. The gnocchi were delicious, great texture and a wonderful tomato sauce. We honestly should have placed two orders for the gnocchi and skipped the casarecce. My friends liked the tiramisu but said it was a bit different from a traditional tiramisu. We wanted to try a vodka pizza from Day's Pizza but they were completely sold out for the day (no dough left). We tried the paneer entree and aloo paratha from the Desi Spot. The food took awhile to come out and I would have liked a few more pieces of paneer but it was all delicious. Overall a cool spot and a nice way to try a bunch of different food trucks and cuisines at once. Just check the hours for the food trucks you want to try before you go.
