She was so friendly about it, no stress that was very appreciated as we were already having issues. Gina called a week before our event to confirm and go over details so we knew what expect. The shaved ice portion was just right, the ice quality was great, ad she brought a nice array of flavors so there was something for everyone. We enjoyed this so much on this hot summer night, the perfect dessert or fun surprise for your event.

It's super easy to spot in the parking lot near the Nugget in West Roseville (close to NuYo Frozen Yogurt). And there's plenty of parking. The guy working was super nice and went over the cookie options. My little wanted the S'mores Cookie! It came in a cute little box! She couldn't even wait...it was half gone by the time we got home! She said it's messy but so good!!!! I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup. It's offered in 3 sizes (small, medium and large) ranging from $10-$20 (if I remember correctly). I picked medium! The cup full of strawberries is layered with chocolate, pistachio sauce and crunchy knafeh (kafi). My only suggestion is to eat it immediately. I waited to get home and the chocolate was hardening! Still yummy. Just not as delightful as creamy warm chocolate. My little is already talking about trying a different cookie!

One of the cakes was completely split in half, another item had toppings/frosting that looked very haphazardly applied, another was also cracked snd missing it's topper, and the lemon cookie was cracking through the base. The whole order honestly looked tossed in the box. Several of the items looked damaged or poorly assembled rather than like a special limited-edition collection. I've attached photos of the actual order. I contacted Crumbl customer support about the problem and was instructed to contact the store directly. On 9/3, I emailed the store/manager with photos and a detailed explanation of what happened. I purposely waited before leaving a review because I wanted to give the store a chance to respond and make things right. It is now 9/23, nearly three weeks later, and I have received no response at all. I absolutely understand that mistakes can happen with food orders, and I would have been much more understanding if someone had simply responded and tried to resolve the issue. At this point, though, the combination of the poor condition of a fairly expensive specialty order and the complete lack of customer service afterward has been very disappointing.
